This dissertation thesis focuses on creating methodical manuals for creating a new estate agency on the Czech market. Next thing to focus on are processes inside the estate agency and organization structure. The thesis also analyses competitive estate agencies on the market, compares their productivity and specifies rights and responsibility for each position in the newly establishing estate agency.

The theme of my work " chronic pelvic pain syndrome " ( CPPS - Chronic pelvic pain syndrome ) I chose a variety of reasons . First of all, this is a very common and very annoying diseases affecting the quality of life , just as it occurs eg in Crohn disease , myocardial infarction, diabetes mellitus or congestive heart failure . Symptoms that are associated with CPPS , they encounter during their lives every fifth man . It is one of the most common urological disease patients across races, social groups, and age, then there is the highest incidence between 36 and 50 years , between diseases among men older than 50 years, is the third most common diagnosis . From celebrities who have suffered from the disease is Former U.S. President John F. Kennedy , the author of Sophie's Choice by William Styron . The theory of this syndrome is often unclear with a large number of options , as well as therapy is inherently more complex , whose activity is linked to the supposed origin of the disease in of a particular patient , often leads to failure. Taking care of such a patient is interdisciplinary starting urologist , surgeon , continuing through to physiotherapists to psychologists and psychiatrists .

Non-visual trade marks represent a relatively new phenomenon in the field of trade marks, through which entrepreneurs try to differentiate their goods or services in an original way from the goods or services of their competitors. These include four types of non-traditional trade marks, which as such cannot be perceived visually, but through human senses other than sight: sound, olfactory, taste and tactile trade marks. Although these non-visual trade marks may face many barriers to registration, the thesis, because of its limited scope, focuses on the criterion of representation on a trade mark register, as this requirement raises specific issues due to their non-visual nature. The aim of the thesis is therefore to assess non-visual trade marks in terms of their capability to be adequately represented on a trade mark register in the EU. The thesis is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter focuses on the definition of non- visual trade marks, their purpose, functions and also defining features, especially on the requirement for representation of trade marks on a trade mark register.
