The subject of this bachelor thesis is the stage of assembly of a precast reinforced concrete structure with loadbearing structure of a roof of a bowling center Bílá hora. It deals with the working procedure of the assembly of the load-bearing reinforced concrete frame, the load-bearing parts of the roof structure,report of site equipment, time schedule, used building equipment, inspection and testing schedule, occupational safety and line-item budget. The thesis also includes a comparison of clay block cladding with mineral wool contact thermal insulation and Kingspan insulated panel system. Realization of the construction of a block of flats in Jundrov

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the upper gross construction of the apartment house in Jundrov. The content of the thesis is the technological regulations for vertical and horizontal constructions, a project of precast concrete ceiling panels and a detailed schedul. Because of its demands on quality of building construction and safety during building itself there are included parts dealing with this issue in the thesis. The thesis also contains a technical report of the construction site including its technical drawing. The part that deals with different assignment is drawn up for example item budget. The basis for the processing was the partial project documentation.

Implementation of the gross overhead construction of the Jemnice residential building

The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of the gross overhead construction of the Jemnice residential building. The content of the thesis is the technological regulations for masonry and monolithic construction. It is complemented by a layout of used machinery, all material transport, a measurement report, a detailed timetable and a budget. The chapters dealing with the great demands on the quality of the building project and the safety during its construction are included in the thesis. There is technical report of the construction site equipment, including its drawing. An alternative design of the outline shell with thermal insulation is in a separate chapter. It compares the differences between price and time, complemented with a measurement report. The proposal is supported by relevant details.

The diploma thesis deals with the technological stage of the lower structure, namely laying on piled foundations, including laying of a building pit with pilot reinforced concrete walls, and a rough top structure made of reinforced concrete walls, cores and reinforced concrete ceiling structure. The content is a technical report, solutions of wider transport relations, time and financial planning, studies of the main technological stages, equipment of the construction site of solved stages, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, control and test plans, safety and health protection at work, , thermal engineering assessment of selected constructions, budget, staff deployment balance, work progress scheme.
