Crossroad II/324, III/2987 a III/0373 - Study
Kolář, Dominik ; Matuszková, Radka (referee) ; Radimský, Michal (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is a study of an adjustment to a crossroad of roads II/324, III/2987 and III/0373, which is located in Staré Hradiště municipality, approximately six kilometers to the north from Pardubice. There is currently a roundabout, built of precast concrete crash barrier. Due to that, the crossroad is not well-arranged and the traffic lanes are dangerously wide at some places. Out of three variants, one was determined as the most suitable option, because of its best result in the assessment of forecasted capacity and sufficient arrangement. That also means a better security.
Creation of CAD data for structured parts
Kolář, Dominik ; Krčma, Martin (referee) ; Vaverka, Ondřej (advisor)
Lattice structures are a subset of cellular structures used, for example, for topological optimization of components produced by additive manufacturing. However, the design of the structures is very demanding in classical CAD (computer-aided design) modellers. One of the specialized software for structure design is nTop. This thesis describes the creation of a workflow in nTop to create structures with a combination of unit cell types defined by relative cell density. The creation of the workflow consisted of several parts. First, the unit cells of the structure were designed. Then, using polynomial interpolation in Matlab, the relative density to member diameters conversions were made, and finally a procedure for combining the different cell types into a single part was designed. Thus, the resulting workflow allows to build a part of any shape consisting of different cell types determined by relative density.
Crossroad I/36, II/211, III/32225 and road to the Synthesia complex in Pardubice - Study
Kolář, Dominik ; Hornýš, Michal (referee) ; Radimský, Michal (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is a study of an crossroad adjustment of roads I/36, II/211, III/32225 and tertiary road, which connects industrial area SemtinZone to the crossroad. Tho crossroad s located in the Rybitví municipality, northwest of the Pardubice. There is currently an crossroad with an inappropriate crossing angle. This thesis includes traffic survey, the assesment of the rate of accidents, the design of three different variants of the crossroad, including sight triangles and turning radius check. Then assessment of capacity for forecasted traffic volume of each variant. By a multi-criteria evaluation the optimal variant was chosen.
Magnitude calibration of seismic network WEBNET
Kolář, Dominik ; Fischer, Tomáš (advisor) ; Jakoubková, Hana (referee)
This thesis deals with determination of seismic magnitudes of West-Bohemian earthquakes. The first part summarizes basic information from the field of seismology and also about the earthquake swarms in the area of interest. The second part deals with calibration of magnitudes, i.e. determination of coefficient that corrects for attenuation and station corrections. Seismic data from the WEBNET network from 2012 were used to this purpose. In order to suppress tradeoff among the studied parameters the data were filtered and also usage of a fixed hypocenter depth was tested. The results show that the optimum attenuation correction is smaller than that used so far magnitude determination. It turns out that a deeper analysis is needed in order to find an optimum formula for magnitude determination at the West-Bohemia WEBNET network.
