Kunzmann, Egon ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: Seasonal variabilityof speed and endurance skills of young elite soccer players. Objectives: Comparison of variability in speed and endurance capabilities of young elite soccer players during one season in the U-12 category based on the results of a test battery consisting of 4 tests (30 m sprint test, Agility 505 Test, Illinois test and Yo-yo intermittent recovery test level 1). Methods: Our thesis is characterized by using comparison and testing methods. We use the comparison method in the result section, in order to compare the performance of individual players by means of statistical methods. This is how we focus on each of our test exercises during all four testing phases included in seasonal macrocycle. The results: As the result of our thesis, we found out that the physical abilities of individual players and their demonstration in the performed tests improve or remain the same or statistically very similar throughout the season. We observe the highest variability in agility 505 test with a 6.96 % DL and 7.29 % NDL as well as a 25.86 % in Yo-Yo intermittent recovery level 1. According to our observations, deviations in the performance of soccer players are mainly caused by long-term and systematic training process, different training and match load of the players during the...

Navara, Miroslav ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Šťastný, Petr (referee)
Title: Physical fitness of football players category U7 Objectives: To find the level of physical fitness and level of football skills of football players category U7. Find a relationship between physical fitness and level of football skills. Methods: Total sample was consisted of 22 players category U7 (year of birth 2010). For get level of physical fitness we used the Unifittest 6-60 which is composed of four tests and somatic test. We calculated BMI from results of somatic test. For test of football skills we create a special test which included elementary player skills (keeping a ball with change of direction, stop the ball). Results: When we get a results of Unifittest 6-60 we determinate that 63 % of players get average to below average score. When we determined the dependence of special skills on physical fitness, we found, apart from the sit up test, that the remaining tests correlated quite extensively with the special skill test. Special skill test correlated with overall score of Unifittest 6-60. When we get level of subcutaneous fat we find that players have medium to low value. Influence of different types of warm-ups on the performance of speed in soccer players.
Turbák, Filip ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Šťastný, Petr (referee)
Title: Influence of different types of warm-ups on the performance of speed in soccer players. Objectives: One of the goals for our thesis is to find out the influence of the different types of warm-ups on the performance of speed for football players in the youth category (Under 16). Another goal is to find out whether if there is a dependence between the speed reached and the range of motion of the lower limbs. Methods: To assess the power of each player, two runners traveled at a distance of 30 meters, measuring 5, 10 and 15 meters in this section. Before the measurement itself, all participants were trained by our chosen form of stretching. For secondary research, which examines the possible relationship between the speed achieved and the range of motion of the lower limbs, were used two standardized tests. Results: We found out that the fastest times at 30 meters distance were reached after a general warm-up. Overall, we have shown in our research that general form of warm-up is most effective, because after its application, players achieved the fastest time on most of the 10, 15 and 30 meters distances we measured. We also found that the players who had the smallest angles range of motion between the legs had the fastest running times. Keywords: Muscle tissue, pubescence, stretching, static...
Analysis of individual game performance of forward in soccer on Euro 2016
Vorlíček, Lukáš ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Vorálek, Rostislav (referee)
Title: Analysis of the individual game performance of players playing at the forward position during the 2016 UEFA European Football Championship. Objectives: Analysis of the individual game performance of players playing at the forward position during the offensive part of the game. Methods: We will analyze the individual game performance of players by indirect observation with the help of video footage of selected matches and subsequent analysis. Results: By analyzing individual game activities, I found a surprisingly greater number of forwards facing their opponent when going around than forwards with their back towards their opponent when going around. The forwards who were observed most often directed their passes back towards their own goal and not even once did any of them attempt a shot from the goal area. Title of the thesis: Analysis of the training unit for football older prepare players with a different level of performance. Objective of the thesis: Identify the representation of didactic forms and types of training processes in the older football product categories, taking into account the different performance level of the club (professional vs. amateur). Solving methods: Solution Methods: An indirect observation method was used to analyze when we used two camcorders to shoot two training units per week for each team. (AC Sparta Prague, SK Slavia Praha, FK Motorlet and SK Aritma). The training records were subsequently evaluated. Results: Comparison of professional clubs and amateurs had the most significant difference in game exercises, which was 38.3% for AC Sparta and SK Slavia vs. 22.8% for FK Motorlet and SK Aritma. On the other hand, amateur clubs used more training play (39.7%) compared to 22% AC Sparta and SK Slavia. There was no significant difference in socio-interactive forms, just as professional clubs make more use of group form, especially because of the higher number of trainers per training unit. A more significant difference was also seen in the training process where professional clubs use more fitness training than amateur (28% to 10%). Of all the results we have not found...
