The bachelor thesis deals with design of family house on real estate in Říčany u Brna. The house without cellar has one floor and residential attic. The load-bearing structure consists mainly of Porotherm ceramic system, the house is covered with a gable roof.

This is a new family house in a partity developted area. The building is located in the city of Josefov. The building has two above grand floor and one underground floor. In the underground floor are situed a garage with standing for one car, warhouses, technical room, and gym. In the first floor be located room for guest, vestibule, bathroom, separate toilet, aspacious living room with a dinning area and kitchen. On the second floor there are two children´s room, separate toilete, bathroom, technical room and bedroom. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. I tis a brick building from the system Heluz. The roof is a saddle. Build-up area is 132 m2.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of municipal office. It consists of two-storey building with semi-cellar. Object is designed as brick building. Roof of building is flat, double-cover with inclination 3°. An entrance is situated to south-east. In front of building is paved area with parking. Building is solved as without-barriers. Object is equipped with elevator. The work contains drawings and technical descriptions and it is composed as an implementing project.

The bachelor´s thesis The family house in Hamry nad Sázavou is processed as a project documentation. The proposed building structure is located in Hamry nad Sázavou. It is a detached house with three floors, a basement floor and a garage. This building construction is based on the strip footings. The load- bearing walls and partition walls are bricked up by Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made up of ceramic beams POT and brick inserts Miako. The roof structure is designed as a wooden shad. The ground floor and the second floor is used for living. The basement is designed for as a storeroom, gym, playroom, technological room and a garage. The natural lighting is provided by wooden windows. The heating is ensured by a combination of a gas boiler and a fireplace. The disposition study and the seminar works are attached as a part of this project.

In my bachelor thesis, I have tried to create a modern family house in accordance with valid norms, recommendations and latest trends. In the construction design, I have focused mainly on simple and functional concept. It is a three-story family house located in a new built-up area in Polička. The basement premises serve mostly as storage facilities and premises for technical equipment. Rooms of an active zone are located on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. From the building point of view, I focused especially on choosing proper combinations of materials based on their mutual interaction and overall impression from the usage of the whole building.

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is realization projection of a family house located in village Stráţa. The house has a partial basement and consists of a living area as well as of an operational area designed for a dentist ambulance. The object contains parking slots for four cars and one parking space in garage, which is situated in the basement of living area of the house. The ground plan of the house has mostly rectangular shape with flat roof. The building is planned to be situated on slightly sloping terrain. The entrace to the dentist's ambulance is situated on the north side and the entrance to the living area of the house is located on the east side. The skeleton of the building will be constructed from the YTONG system.

This is a detached family house with a office. The building has two floors without cellar. In the ground floor is entrance hall, WC, living room with dining room and kitchen, room for guests, bathroom with WC and garage, technical room and separate office with technical facilities and bathroom with WC. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom with dressing room and two bathrooms, in one bathroom is WC. On the second floor is entry to green roof. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is built from the building system Velox with contact insulation system in lost planking. The roof is flat, onesheel. Built-up area is 272,2 m2. Also includes is a seminar paper on the topic Green roofs.

In the first floor be located a study room, dressing room, bathroom, separate toilet, a spacious living room with a dinning area and kitchen. Further, there are design office, which includes office, a room for employees, washroom and toilet. On the sekond floor there are two children´s room, bathroom, dressing room and room for parents, that includes a dressing room, bedroom and bathroom. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. I tis a brick building from the systém Porotherm. The roof is a flat with Single-roof. Build-up area is 202 m2

This thesis deals with the design documentation of a house with the office. The building is situated in the district of Brno-city, in the cadastral Brno-Tuřany. The house is designed for a family of four. It is double deck and partial basement. It used brick technology and a longitudinal support system. Roofed building is done using two roof planes shed roof with the opposite gradient.
