Influence of a Locality on Qualitative Parameters of Hybrid Hop Varieties

V rámci diplomové práce se hodnotil vliv lokalit na kvalitativní parametry nových odrůd chmele a porovnání těchto odrůd se staršími odrůdami stejného typu. Vzorky byly odebrány ze 4 lokalit v Žatecké oblasti ( Blšany, Stekník, Ročov, Nesuchyně ), kde jsou polní pokusy založeny od roku 1999. Hodnoceny byly dvě aromatické odrůdy nšl. 4353(Harmonie) registrována v roce 2004 s odrůdou Sládek a dvě vysokoobsažné odrůdy nšl. 4527(registrace 2006) a Agnus. Každá odrůda byla popsána dle klasifikátoru chmele. V letech 2004 {--} 2006 byly odebrány směsné vzorky od všech odrůd z jednotlivých lokalit, u kterých byl hodnocen obsah a složení chmelových pryskyřic, obsah a složení chmelových silic, dále byly provedeny organoleptické bonitace, u kterých jsem se zaměřil především na hodnocení vůně. Posledním bodem diplomové práce bylo vyhodnocení výsledků degustací pokusných piv v pokusném pivovárku Chmelařského institutu Žatec.

An outline of numerical functions in Tanak

This essay deals with the function of the numerical relations within the Hebrew Bible(Tanak). It proceeds on three levels. The first level presents the formative function of numbers, which by means of of gematria influences the shape of proper names and numerical data. The second level is concerned with the compositional function of numbers, important for the formal aspect of poetic texts in particular. Any numerical datum is carrying out this function through deliberate number of forming elements (i.e. sections, words and letters). The third level focuses on the kerygmatic function of numbers, opperative by commonly shared symbolism and illustrated by several historiographic and apocalyptic texts. Contract for the assignment of a claim

The purpose of this thesis is to try to provide comprehensive analysis of the recent legislation of contract for the assignment of a claim, compare it with former legislation, critically evaluate changes that new civil code bought to contract for the assignment of a claim and find solutions for selected legal problems that acceptance of current legislation brought to experts. The thesis is systematically divided into seven chapters. First chapter briefly define the concept of obligation and is dedicated to changes in subject of obligations based on the will of the parties. The second chapter analyses the historical development of assignment of a claim. In first part attention is paid to genesis of Roman law cessio, in later parts it analysis civil codes effective in Bohemia which contained legislation of assignment of a claim. The third chapter is devoted to subject of assignment of a claim. It analysis what can be assign and what cannot be assign. Special attention is dedicated to assignment of future claims and assignment of group of claims. The fourth chapter is devoted to contract for assignment of a claim. The issue of establishing a new bank branch

The target of this diploma work is to show the establishment of a bank branch from the stage of planning to the day when it is open for clients. To do so I have used both fictitious data (in view of the ČSOB strategy) and methods and procedures used in practice.
