Financing and management of construction investment from the aspect of a contractor

The thesis focuses on the analysis of a construction contract and the proposal of possible changes in the management. It includes a description of the construction contract and its breakdown, characterizes the pricing of construction works, the development of prices in the construction industry and sources of financing. In the practical part, a specific construction company is characterised and the contract it has carried out is described. The analysis describes the financing of the contract and compares material prices in the Czech Republic and Poland. From the findings, the management of the construction contract is evaluated, and an alternative material supply is proposed.

Risks of project processing in a company

The thesis deals with problems regarding management of risks during the development of a project. First, methodological basis and procedures for evaluating the development of the project are introduced. In the practical part of the thesis, company is presented and development of specific bridge construction with all the risks involved is analyzed. The aim of the thesis is execution of risk analysis on specific project and suggestion for precautions eliminating its risks.

Influence of range of reconstruction on the price of building construction

This diploma thesis deals with the influence of range of reconstruction on the price of building construction. Effect of the extent of reconstruction consists in comparing of the total costs of the bridge during reconstruction of the top of the bridge leaving the main structure and during the reconstruction realized with the exchange of the main supporting structure. The total costs incurred are expected for 60 years.
