The inverter based battery charger
Kadlec, Josef ; Pazdera, Ivo (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is provide detailed information about car battery’s charger with a switching power supply. The kind of this power supply is one-pulsed conducting inverter with transformer. The charger’s rates of nominal voltage are 6 and 12 V. The method of charging is charging by constantly voltage with a current limitation. The values of a current limitations are 0.5A, 5A and 20A. The charger’s maximal current is 50A. This current can help to the accumulator with starting of a vehicle. This device is equipped by indicators which indicate the end of charging.
SMPS design and assembly with an output of 2.5 kW
Pospíšilík, Vojtěch ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Kadlec, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis describe the desing and assembly of switching power supply with an output of 2,5kW. At first is described the funcional principle of SPMS. The next is the proceed design of power part of the converter composed from calculation of transformer, inductors, capacitors and sizing of semiconductors. There is proceed the calculation of power looses. The next step is to make acquaintance with the possibilities of feedback control, creating a model system for simulating and executing the selection of an appropriate regulatorystructure. The following is the calculation of regulators suitable method and simulation at program MatlabSimulink. Is procced the computing and realization of regulators and finding the PWM modulator. At over is constution of contorl logic and desin of printed circuit desing, assembly and their recovery.
Nonlinear interactions of terahertz radiation
Kadlec, Josef ; Ostatnický, Tomáš (advisor) ; Němec, Hynek (referee)
Conductivity of semicoductor nanostructures has its maximum in terahertz spectral range. Linear response is described in reasonable detail. With high intensity light sources it is also needed to be concerned with nonlinear response. In this thesis, there is firstly described already existing quantum model of linear conductivity which is using perturbation theory. This model is then extended by adding another perturbations, getting us quantum model for calculating nonlinear conductivity of arbitrary order. Model is then applied for calculation of third order nonlinear conductivity spectra for cubic nanocrystal. There is described spectra for varying parametres, such as tempera- ture, volume, electron density or scattering rate. In the end it is compared with semiclassical compuptation using Monte-Carlo simu- lation. 1
Linear terahertz spectroscopy of semiconductor nanostructures
Kadlec, Josef ; Ostatnický, Tomáš (advisor) ; Výborný, Karel (referee)
In this thesis there is used quantum model of electron conductivity of semiconductor nanostructures introduced in [4].Conductivity is calculated in first order perturbation theory with addition of thermalization current. Main focus of this thesis is concerned on calculation of conductivity of crystal shaped full or hollow sphere with use of above mentioned model. Calculated equation is then used for numerical calculation of conductivity spectra of GaAs in terahertz region, that is then graphically visualised.
Prehospital emergency care in neurotraumas
KADLEC, Josef
The Bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of Prehospital emergency care in neurotraumas, especially on the approach of paramedics and their knowledge about Prehospital emergency care in neurotraumas. Globally, for children and adults to 45 aged, neurotrauma could be placed in the highest position of death causes. This statistic testifies about the importance of the professional and early intervention in prehospital emergency care. In the thesis qualitative research was used and two purposes and questions were defined. The method used was a semi-structured interview with paramedics in Vysočina Region and South Bohemian Region. The first aim of the thesis was to chart knowledge and approaches of paramedics in Prehospital emergency care and the second aim was comparison of the previous aim in Regions mentioned above. From the outcome of my research results that paramedics are not qualified enough and they lack information about Prehospital emergency care. In interviews, information mentioned was incomplete and their approaches were inconclusive. However, it was detected that approaches used in both regions are nearly identical. In Vysočina Region, cooperation with workplaces of the follow-up hospital care is really difficult. This fact could be considered as a side result of the thesis. The workplaces mentioned are mainly traumacentres with neurosurgery workplace accessible 24 hours per day. To sum it up for the further use in practice, the educational system of paramedics is inadequate and improvement would be highly recommended.
Simple converter for three-phase asynchronous motor 100 W
Pilch, Tomáš ; Kadlec, Josef (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to propose a optimalization of an already implemented three-phase frequency converter to the higher electric output, using a different chopper circuit. Teoreticaly is possible to drive an asynchronous motor with power up to 2 kW.
Flyback power supply from the mains
Polián, Josef ; Kadlec, Josef (referee) ; Huták, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of switching power supplies. The aim is to design regulated switching power supply that will be powered from the mains. The first part focuses on theoretical knowledge of the switching power supply and describes circuits of TOPSwitch. Another part is the actual design of all circuits. The last part is the actual implementation of switched mode power supply and measurement that verifies its functionality and features.
Batteries and their use in the independent electric traction
Bárta, Jiří ; Kadlec, Josef (referee) ; Procházka, Petr (advisor)
Target of bachelor's thesis is creation overview of the types batteries for propulsion an independent electric traction. Eventually individual conception describe. It is a theoretical and practical analysis.
Converter to power laptop in car
Michálek, Pavel ; Kadlec, Josef (referee) ; Španěl, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with a draught of boost converter which will serve as power supply for notebook from on-board vehicle network. The draught is limited by supplying one certain type of notebook due to different input parameters of various devices.
Computer aided design in electric drives
Berčík, Vojtěch ; Kadlec, Josef (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
This work deals with computer modeling of measuring workplace with asynchronous and DC motor connected through flexible shaft coupling and manufacturing documentation of frame construction on which the engines are placed. The software used and its possibilities are also described.
