The aim of this diploma thesis is to collect data and to analyze the current marketing communication of the selected company and then evaluate its effectiveness.The thesis identified the shortcomings of this company's marketing communication, suggested suitable improvements and introduced examples of their implementation in the new marketing communication plan.
Factors Affecting a Visitors´ Satisfaction in South Bohemia (The Region of Jindřichův Hradec)

The aim of this work was to identify factors affecting visitor's satisfaction in the region of Jindřichův Hradec and to assess compliance of their expectations with reality. It was also examined perceptions of quantity and quality of tourism offer in this region from the viewpoint of demand. Based on the findings were set out measures to increase visitor's satisfaction in this region.
