Tool for Easy Coding and Debugging of PHP Application
Pavelka, Jan ; Křivka, Zbyněk (referee) ; Marušinec, Jaromír (advisor)
The goal of this master's thesis is an introducing with tools for easy coding and debugging of PHP applications and to implement such tool on the basis of analysis of common requirements and specific requirements of IS VUT designers. The project includes an introduction with important ideas and terms referring to tool, analysis and specifications of requirements and design and implementation of final tool.
Graphical Editor for Job Structure Configuration in Batching API
Hanus, Tomáš ; Kolář, Dušan (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes implementation of a graphical editor for a job structure configuration in Java EE Batching API in the form of a plugin for integrated development enviroment IntelliJ IDEA. It focuses mainly to allow a bi-directional propagation of changes between both graphical and text representation of JSL language. This document introduces the characteristic of batch processing and also the architecture of IntelliJ IDEA. It also briefly describes the design of the plugin and some of the procedures used in its implementation. The usability of this tool is demonstrated by five examples of batch jobs. In the end, there are mentioned some possibilities for the future improvements. The tool is available under Open Source license.
Support for Planning and Organizing of a Festival
Pokorný, Karel ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to design and implement an interface of a module for Drupal (content management system). The design is mostly created according to introduced principles of the community, thus there is a need to use some data from other parts of the system. The module is going to help to organizators of the festival with the shifts creation and management. The user interface is created with emphasis on fine usability on mobile devices.
Application Frameworks for Web Application Development
Tulka, Tomáš ; Křivka, Zbyněk (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (advisor)
Application frameworks are tools that enable easier development of web applications and enhance their quality. Because there are so may Java web application frameworks in existence it is difficult at times to choose the correct one to suit a particular application. This thesis examines frameworks from a general point of view. Descriptions of the characteristic functions of frameworks are also covered, along with functions, and the ways in which they differ from each other; and thus it enables the most appropriate framework to be chosen. The thesis also analyses typical representatives of frameworks for certain uses, it demonstrates their activity by means of standardized applications and compares them in terms of practical use.
Application of Unsupervised Learning Methods in Graph Similarity Search
Sabo, Jozef ; Burgetová, Ivana (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
Goal of this master's thesis was in cooperation with the company Avast to design a system, which can extract knowledge from a database of graphs. Graphs, used for data mining, describe behaviour of computer systems and they are anonymously inserted into the company's database from systems of the company's products users. Each graph in the database can be assigned with one of two labels: clean or malware (malicious) graph. The task of the proposed self-learning system is to find clusters of graphs in the graph database, in which the classes of graphs do not mix. Graph clusters with only one class of graphs can be interpreted as different types of clean or malware graphs and they are a useful source of further analysis on the graphs. To evaluate the quality of the clusters, a custom metric, named as monochromaticity, was designed. The metric evaluates the quality of the clusters based on how much clean and malware graphs are mixed in the clusters. The best results of the metric were obtained when vector representations of graphs were created by a deep learning model (variational  graph autoencoder with two relation graph convolution operators) and the parameterless method MeanShift was used for clustering over vectors.
Decompilation of x86-64 Binaries in RetDec Decompiler
Kubov, Peter ; Křivka, Zbyněk (referee) ; Kolář, Dušan (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to implement support for decompilation of x64 binary files in the RetDec decompiler. The thesis analyses different approaches to reverse engineering, mainly from the view of information technology. After a general classification of decompilers, thesis brings to attention one particular decompiler from Avast company-RetDec. The thesis also deals with the description of broadly used architecture x86, and it's descendant architecture x86-64. In result, the thesis provides new and extends existing classes in C++ to provide missing functionality.
Source Code Metrics for Quality in Java
Advanced Web Application of Editorial System
Žert, Zdeněk ; Křivka, Zbyněk (referee) ; Techet, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis describes development of content management system for Partnership Foundation. It defines the basic project requirements and analyses their implementation using standard diagrams. After defining the system solution the thesis represents programming issues and their negotiation. The rest of this work is set to future system improvements and advanced use.
Planning and Drawing Module for Matches
Jelínek, Zdeněk ; Soukup, Ondřej (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
This bachelors thesis consists of description of a design and implementation of a module for drawing tournaments in competitive sports. The goal of the module is to match competitors in such a way that the repetitions of matches are minimal and the quality of the individual matches is the best, and that each competitor plays appropriate number of matches. The worst-case asymptotic time complexity of the resulting drawing algorithm is polynomial.
Development of Application for Mutliple Mobile Platforms
Seidl, Viktor ; Charvát, Lucie (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
In general, there are several platforms for mobile application development. This bachelor thesis is also related to the development of applications for platforms such as Android, iOS and Windows Phone. Xamarin technology is a suitable tool for unifying all three platforms. Xamarin belongs to the technology of .NET framework and it is based on the open-source Mono project. With this technology, an application called Mobilní Objednávání Kredit 2 was created for the bachelor thesis. The application serves for ordering meals in the Kredit system from ANETE spol. s r.o. For the purpose of this work, the application was improved for the Android platform and then compared to the available version of the application developed in the Java programming language. The application was successfully programmed for Android and iOS platforms and then uploaded to the appropriate stores on the platforms where the applications are offered to users.
