The Development in Construction of Low-energy and Passive Houses

In relation to energy savings, the development of constructing energy-saving houses, which includes low-energy, passive and zero houses, started to be created. The diploma thesis helps readers to be better informed about energy-saving houses, their development during history and their main features. The last two chapters show the development of constructing energy-saving houses in the Czech Republic in graphs. They also show in which regions are these houses built the most and which construction system and way of using is preferred.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for Improvement

This diploma thesis is focused on the financial health of the company, whose business is based on distribution of racing class ships all over the world. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company and to propose ways to improve it. At first, the thesis deals with the theoretical basis of the company's economic analysis. Then these theoretical starting points for the company are practically applied. Consequently, according to the results, the economic situation of the company is interpreted and measures have been proposed to ensure a positive financial condition of the analyzed company.

Performance Evaluation of the Construction Company

The thesis is focused on performance evaluation of the construction company. The theoretical part describes data that enter to the calculation, various indicators and methods of financial analysis. The practical part represents the case study in which is the performance evaluation of the company KALÁB - stavební firma, spol. s r.o. done by using financial analysis methods. Financial analysis is based on the balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow in years 2011-2015. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the development of the company in these five years.

Making of survey sketch in cadastral unit Šakvice

The bachelor’s thesis describes the creation of a geometric plan for the partition of the land and the designation changes of the building in the geodetic software GEUS 17.0. The area of interest is located in the village Šakvice, Cadastral office of Hustopeče. The area is administrated on the basic of raster map and the contact of two map sheets. The thesis explains the concept of a geometric plan in the introductory part and analyses documents obtained from the land registry office. Then it explains the entire process of creating the geometrical plan step by step.
