The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for execution of an apartment building in Pacov, located in the Vysočina Region. It is a non-cellar building with three above-ground floors. and main entrance to building. There are five residential units and common areas for the residents in the house. The vetrical loadbearing structures are made of concrete blocks with contact thermal insulation. The horizontal structures loadbearing structures and staircase are made of reinforced monolitic concrete slab. The roof consist of a flat roof with a pea gravel. Windows and door will be aluminium profile. The building has gas heating. There are thirteen parking places on the property.

Detached house with an establishment

This bachelor's thesis deals with designing a project of the family house with the space for the dental surgery. The house is in developing area situated to the south of the centre of village Babice at Uherského Hradiště where there is going to be a housing construction. The object is projected as two-floor with parcial basement detached house for four members of the family. Dental surgery is designed for one dentist and one assistent. In the northwest part there is also a car park with a capacity of three places for patients and one place for disabled people. The main residence are in the southeast and southwest. Constructional system of this house is combined. Supporting system is comprised with blocks of autoclaved aerated concrete. Horizontal construction is made of monolitic reinforced concrete ceiling plate. The object is covered by flat roof. The project was made thanks to computer program AutoCAD 2018 by the company Autodesk. The author of this thesis put emphasis especially on right process layout, architectonic layout, construction requirements and statical requirements.

The subject of this thesis is an elaboration a design documentary for a new building of a family house in Ocmanice. The building will be used as a housing for a family of four. Basement and first floor are made from sand-lime blocks. Walls are insulated with ETICS. The ceilings are rainforced concrete slabs. The projectwas procesed by a computer program AutoCAD.

Detached house with photographic studio

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a non-detached new building of a family house with a residential attic in the village Bošovice, cadastral area Bošovice. The construction is largely designed as a timber, with a brick garage for two vehicles. The building is divided into a housing section, photo studio and a garage.The wooden structure consists of walls made of wooden frame, filled with thermal insulation and covered with gypsum fiber and cement-fiber boards, the ceilings are made of Posi-Joist beams with blow-in insulation. The wooden structure is built above the crawlspace. The residential part with the photo studio is covered with a gabled roof, the garage is covered with a flat roof. AutoCAD software was used to draw the drawing documentation.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation of a new family house located in the village of Damborice. The building is located in the cadastral area of Damborice. It is a two-storey, partly basement family house with an establishment. There is a garage with two parking spaces attached to the house. The structural vertical support system consists of sandwich sandstone masonry blocks SENDWIX km, insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation composite system. Horizontal supporting structure is monolithic. The building is roofed with a saddle and a green unobtainable roof. The design of the building respects the municipal plan. Project documentation is processed according to current laws, standards and regulations. The property is situated on a flat land.

The subjekt of this thesis is two-storey wooden, non-basement house with garage for two cars in the catadastral area Rozdrojovice. The house is designed with the view of surrounding buildings and the location. The house will be used for living of a family of four members. The plan view of the House is rectangular. The main entrance and the drivery to the House is at 1st floor level. The vertical wall are formed by a wooden frame with thermal insulation sheathed patriciply with wood and participly with structured plaster. The ceiling structure is made of wooden beams with embedded insulation. THe main part of the House forms a gabled roof. Over the remaining parts of the House is a roof with a minimum slope. The project was made by a komputer program called AutoCad.

Detached house is designed as two-storeyed house, without a cellar, made of a system of permanent formwork Velox. Roof construction is resolved flat and aisle roof. Dominant of this project is form processing which is designed in shape of mirror image Z.

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to project a detached house with a lawyer’s office. It consists of two separate buildings. The detached house has two floors above the ground level and a basement. The lawyer’s office is projected as a single floor building with a barrier free access. Both buildings‘ construction systems are made out of limestone-sand blocks. The ceilings are monolithic and made out of reinforced concrete. The roof is flat on both buildings and weighted down by river aggregate.

Apartement building in Havlíčkův Brod

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with a project of an apartement building and terraced garages in Havlíčkův Brod Rozkošská street on plots no. 659/39 and 659/1 that are slightly sloping. The apartement building is partial basement, it has three above-ground floors and one basement. The external wall of the above-ground part of the project is made of Porotherm clay blocks complemented with thermal insulation system according to ETICS. The external wall of the basement is designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall which is provided with thermal insulation. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof. There are 11 flats with a different layout design suggest. The terraced garages will consist 11 garages for personal cars and one garage for motorbikes. The external walls are made of Porotherm clay blocks. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof.

The building has two above-ground floors and one basement. The suporting system is made of KM - BETA Sendwix sandstone blocks at above - ground floors and lost formwork on the underground floor. Ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with two flat roofs. The thermal insulation of the building consists of ETICS thermal insulation and a ventilated facade.
