Title: Case study of physical therapy treatment of a patient after ichemic stroke with left hemiparesis Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to analyze theoretical knowledge about stroke and the development of case study of a patient after ischemic stroke with left hemiparesis. Summary: This bachelor thesis deals with stroke and consists of two parts. The general part contains theoretical knowledge about definition of stroke, anatomy of the blood supply of the brain, classification, etiology, clinical symptoms and treatment methods of stroke. The conclussion of first part describes possible methods of physical therapy used for patients after stroke. The special part contains a case study of physical therapy care of a patient after ischemic stroke with left hemiparesis including complete kinesiology analysis, course of treatment and final evaluation. Data for processing the special part were obtained during the clinical practise at rehabilitation department of Královské Vinohrady hospital under supervision of Mgr. Management accounting information use for assessment and motivation system

The present diploma thesis makes a theoretical overview of basic prerequisites of responsibility accounting, diverse approaches of assessing and managing workforce and motivation theory. The evolution of the construction market and its consequences on the society Insky spol. s.r.o. are analyzed in the practical part. The remuneration system is further analyzed on a concrete sample, in accordance with management accounting information, including salary structure, salary evolution and employees fluctuation between 2011 - 2013. Finally, the reward system of Insky spol. s r.o. is evaluated and based on that, few improvements are suggested.
