The thesis is the proposal of the proposal of the business plan for the foundation of a maternity center in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The business plan is based on finding market gap which is caused by insufficient capacities of the kindergartens and there is no kindergarten or maternity center specialised in teaching English in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Main advantages of the proposal are specialization in teaching English, professionalism and friendly mood.

The master´s thesis focuses on the business plan for the establishment of a security company. In the first part is processed the theoretical foundation, which is used in other parts of the thesis. The analytical part of my thesis includes an analysis of internal and external factors affecting the company. Last charter proposes individual steps of the business plan, which serve as a base source for strategic decisions that the author will have to make while realizing the project.

The origin and localization of selected metabolic pathways in marine diatoms

Sequenced diatoms Thalassiosira pseudonana and Phaeodactylum tricornutum belong to the chromist algae harboring secondary plastids, which display distinct evolutionary history when compared to photosynthetic organelles from rhodophytes, green algae and plants. Via secondary endosymbiosis, heterotrophic eukaryotic ancestor of diatoms engulfed red alga, and in addition to the new organelle, it obtained fitness increasing peculiarities in the chimerical cell metabolism and lifestyle. We examined phylogeny and in silico localization of the nuclear-encoded but plastid located enzymes of tryptophan biosynthesis. We suggest that the diatom tryptophan pathway represents an extreme in the trend of plastid (cyanobacterial) enzymes to be replaced by eukaryotic isoforms. In addition, the gene napped during the endosymbiotic gene transfer from the diatom plastid genome to the diatom nucleus (psb28) was described.

Baptism In The Thinking of Early Modern Burghers

The birth and the baptism of child were significant events in the life of people in all historical periods. This diploma thesis demonstrates meaning of the baptism rite and its reflection in the urban society in the Early Modern Age. In comparison to bachelor thesis was used more sources. The research of six families memoirs is supplied with analysis of parish register of Český Krumlov town from 1662 to 1666. Sources of religious area represents catholic, evangelical and Lutheral clerical works and especially polemics. Wider spectrum of sources made possible deeper sight at meaning of baptism and confrontation between religious order and everyday practice in baptism and godparenthood in towns in the 16. and 17. centuries.
