Design of 1/4 car model for damper testing
Jaroš, Petr ; Růžička, Bronislav (referee) ; Roupec, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis deals by the design of 1/4 car model for testing vehicle dampers, which can be used to simulate the real suspension of a vehicle wheel (up to a maximum car weight of 1,970 kg) and the so-called linear wheel suspension. A linear mathematical 1/4 car model with 2 DOF (Degrees Of Freedom) and data from literature search are used to design and derive the basic parameters of the device. The thesis contains a description of the linear mathematical model and its outputs (acceleration of the sprung mass and forces acting on the sprung mass), description of designed device, descriptions of created simulations (static, modal and harmonic analysis in ANSYS Workbench 2020 R2) and conceptual design of the modifications this device for another possible use for testing of bicycles.

Design of a Computer Network for Storage Facilities
Jaroš, Petr ; Sedlák, Petr (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with a complex design of a new computer network for a building in reconstruction. The building will serve as a background for the client's trade activities. The network design is based on an analysis of the current state, client requirements and theoretical background in the field of computer networks. The resulting design meets the client's requirements and should be used as a basis for the implementation of network hardware.

Sputnik Czech Republic Website in the Context of Alternative Media Environment
Jaroš, Petr ; Novotná, Jitka (advisor) ; Šlerka, Josef (referee)
(English) The purpose of this diploma thesis was to analyze a role of Sputnik Česká republika (Sputnik Czech Republic) website as an information source in the ecosystem of the so-called alternative media. The main research method was quantitative content analysis. In the practical part of the work - using available metadata sraped with Outwit Hub -, this thesis described content of articles published on Sputnik Česká republika and other selected alternative media. Next, with the use of online marketing tools and other sources, it compared similarities of content and user behaviour. Next, it compared similarities of content and user behaviour on a sample of selected websites. The result of this was evaluation of possible importance of Sputnik Česká republika in the ecosystem of alternative media and pointing out some new elements and connections within this system. Possible usage of this thesis comprises follow-up research and education in fields of information and media literacy, especially in the issue evaluation of information sources.
