The brand awareness of Fairtrade at the Faculty of Economics, University of South Bohemia

The topic of the thesis is to find out how the Fairtrade brand is perceived at the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The thesis includes research based on quantitative methods using a questionnaire method. The questionnaire research was performed among students and members of the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia and from the data obtained it is possible to analyse the awareness of this brand at the Faculty of Economics.
Multiword expressions in Italian

The main topic of this thesis are the multiword expressions in the italian language. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theorical and the empirical part. The theorical part deals with the multiword expressions, the syntagmas and the idiomatic expressions. In the empirical part the connections between the constituents of the multiword expressions will be researched. Than four criteria will be on the multiword expressions applied (head inflection, insertion of the head's modifiers, pronominalisation of the head and dislocation and topicalization of the head). These transformations will be verified with the aid of corpora and questionnaires. Depending on the results of this research will be decided if the multiword expressions resemble the syntagmas or the idiomatic expressions.
Subjunctive vs. indicative in subordinate clauses

Subjunctive, Indicative, subordinated clauses The aim of this thesis is to give a brief summary of the usage of subjunctive in subordinated clauses, to divide the classification into cases when: a) the subjunctive is obligatory, b) the subjunctive is a stylistic choice, c) subjununctive and indicative change the meaning of the statement. In the mean part the thesis should be concentrated on those forms (after impersonal expressions, verbs, conjunctiones, in the sequence of tenses, in the indirect questions), where we can observe that the usage is changing. The exemplification should be grounded meanly in the on-line corpus of written Italian. The partial finding out shoul be accompanied by an analytic comment. At the end of the thesis the results shoul be organized and evaluated.
Solvency and bankruptcy models and their application

Submitted diploma theses engaged the topic solvency and bancruptcy models and its objektive is to analyze financial situation of four agricultural companies and for companies of the energy suppliers. Theoretical part brings an outline of commonly used solvency and bancruptcy models and newly published models. Theoretical part stems from original authors. Practical part brings an application of chosen models on companies and examines their ability of rating the companies. Based on results is evaluated the financial situation of companies in time. The end of thesis brings the evaluation of the model´s appropriateness for application on given sectors and submits recommendtions for using these models.
