The behavior of specific groups of customers when purchasing food

Diploma work is divided into two main parts. The first part includes the most information about consumer´s behaviour when shopping, typology of consumers from different perspectives, models of consumer´s behaviour, decision-making process, also important is consumer´s black box, which includes factor which act on consumers during purchase decision-making. To the work was also necessary include information about the disease diabetes mellitus, because this work is about behaviour of diabetics when buying food. The second part of diploma work is largely dedicated to questionnaire survey, whose results are presented in this part of work and whose aim was to identify the factors which influence consumers with diabetes when buying foods products. This part also includes exploration of current offer foods that are labelled as suitable for diabetics.

Trichurids in ruminants from Czech Republic.

The goal of this paper was to determine rate of presence of whipworms of genus
Trichuris in bodies of selected ruminants (sheep, roe deer) in certain areas and to morphologically state different species of whipworms using molecular revision and professional literature on samples found during helmitological dissections of selected ruminants. Two hypotheses were stated: H1: species that are found in highest volume in case of roe deer and sheep are whipworms Trichuris discolor and Trichuris ovis H2: these whipworms can not be positively distinguished when using morphometrical methods.
Material needed for the study, i.e. the intestines of examined ruminants, was recovered in different areas of Czech Republic. Later were the intestines dissected in a laboratory using standardized procedure and hereby collected samples were analysed.
Based on selected methods it was determined that in roe deer the rate of occurence of Trichuris discolor is much higher compared to that of Trichuris ovis. With sheep the difference between rates of presence is smaller. These results confirm the first hypothesis by showing high rate of presence of whipworms in these hosts. Collected females of genus Trichurids were morphometrically differentiated by their sex and in 4 morphotypes. Following this differentiation, the most present were the females of morphotype M2, those with a vulval opening without an everted vagina. The second hypothesis was also confirmed.
Multihosting species Trichuris discolor and Trichuris ovis are prevalent in the bodies of roe deer and sheep. Thus we can say the roe deer are a potential source of whipworm contamination to sheep breeding. It can not be excluded that sheep are infected by roe deer and vice versa. Molecular determination is a necessary tool for correct assessment of whipworm species, considering the fact that morphological methods may lead to incorrect results.

Sorting of waste at primary school

ABSTRACT
This thesis deals with the possibilities of municipal waste separation and the importance of education and awareness at the primary school level. The review part is generally focused on municipal waste issues, basic terms, methods of separation and recycling. In the next part there are the possibilities of elementary schools to participate in programmess with environmental topics, especially with the eventuality of systematic separation of waste within the classroom. It assesses the potential to create internal programmes and involvement in external ones. In the practical part the method of questionnaire survey at a primary school in Chodov near Karlovy Vary is employed. The research was applied there and it aims to determine the influence of education on the attitude of respondents, elementary school pupils. The comparison of the situation before and after completing the educational program of the company EKOKOM Tonda package on the road was carried out. The benefit is the analysis of pupils' awareness accomplished by the comparison of both questionnaires and specific verification of positive impact on the pupils approach to waste separation thanks to the awareness. One part of the thesis is to build an EVVO plan at the selected elementary school together with events focused on waste management.

The development of waste treatment and impact on quality of life for residents of the city of Hradec Králové

The purpose of thesis is to analyze waste management with focus on municipal waste, it is processing and it is recycling. This analysis is based on studies of specialist texts of Waste Management Plan of surrounding countries, WMP of Czech Republic in the period 2015-2024 and the WMP of time-frame 2016-2025 with prior evaluation of the WMP of a town. Then the thesis deals with waste management and treatment of municipal waste of Hradec Králové based on a field survey and consultations, it has documented equipment for treatment of municipal waste in the form of recycling plants, compost plant, secondary raw material collection centres, transfer stations, sorting lines and landfill. In the questionnaire-based survey for residents it identified their awareness, satisfaction with the system of collection, access to waste sorting and the distance to collection containers. Then the thesis deals with quality of life for residents in relation to waste management in Hradec Králové The thesis contains large numbers of processed graphs, tables, map reproductions in Arc GIS and the authors photo documentation of devises for waste management.

Economic Analysis of Selected Agricultural Company

The aim of the dissertation thesis is an economic assessment of the selected company AGROFARMY BEZDRUŽICE, s.r.o. for the period 2010 - 2014 and formulation of appropriate recommendations for improvement of the current situation. Interim goal of the dissertation thesis is recommendation of applicable solutions for increase of the company's competitiveness.
The dissertation thesis is divided in to two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part includes key concepts of given issues and methodical approaches used for economic assessment of the company. Practical part includes the company's analysis based on analysis of absolute, differential and ratiometric indicators. Based on the analysis' results possible solutions for improvement of the current state, improvement of competitiveness and business performance are included at the end of the dissertation thesis.

Management Analysis of Selected Business Entity

The content of the diploma thesis is management analysis of business entity, whose main business activity is production and sale of nonalcoholic beverages in the Czech Republic.
Main part of this diploma thesis is financial analysis of Coca-Cola HBC ČR, which is the biggest producer of nonalkcoholic beverages on the Czech market. Financial analysis was done for the period of five years from 2010 to 2014.
All the ratios, which were described in theoretical part of thesis, were applied and described in practical part. In the financial analysis was calculated absolute indicators, differencial ratios and proportion ratios. On the base of financial analysis results were explained causes of differences in different years and proposals for better economical results was suggested.
Data and informations were found in accounting statements, annual reports, auditor reports, corporate documents and other resources.

Analysis of selected management business entity

The present thesis deals with financial analysis of the selected company management Thun 1794 a. s. The theoretical part presents a theoretical introduction to financial analysis. After defining the very concept of the purpose and objectives of financial analysis, as well as information resources and users. The last part of the theoretical is devoted to methods of financial analysis. Based on theoretical knowledge is the practical part. In the introduction to the practical section provides basic information about the company. Then, a horizontal and vertical analysis of financial indicators, financial ratios, bankrupty and creditworthy models. The conclusion of this work deals with the comprehensive evaluation of the results of the financial analysis. The outputs of financial analysis became the basis for possible suggestions and recommendations for improving the current state of society.

Analysis of Economy of chosen agricultural Subject

My thesis is the analysis of the selected agricultural subject. Its aim is to assess the overall economic situation Sloveč Agricultural Society, Inc. in the years 2010 - 2014. The assessment was used for financial analysis, particularly analysis of absolute, differential and ratios. Furthermore, the assessment of the creditworthiness of the company using the index IN05. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are defined basic information on economic analysis, also characteristic of financial analysis, its users, data sources and methods used by selected indicators, which were subsequently used in the practical part. In the practical part was characterized by the company for which the analysis of management. They were then used selected methods of financial analysis for the company and the conclusions drawn and evaluation.

The analysis of the remuneration system in the selected business entity

The subject of this thesis, entitled Analysis of the remuneration system in the
selected business entity is on base of the analysis of processes remuneration of employees
in a given company STROS Sedlčanské strojírny a.s. evaluate and assess the efficiency and
functionality of these processes and to make suggestions for improvement. The first,
theoretical part is developed with the help of the study literature and other information
sources and discusses the ways and forms of remuneration in accordance with applicable
laws. The second practical part is focused on the characteristic of the selected company
and the wage system of the company. To develop a practical part were used information
gathered in consultation with the director of economic of the company STROS, internal
company documents, conducted a survey focused on employee satisfaction with the current
system of remuneration and personal interview with an employee of the company.The
outcome of this thesis are proposals to modification and recommendations to improve the
current system of remuneration.

The analysis of the remuneration system in the selected company

This thesis deals with the issue of remuneration from the theoretical point of view and analysis of the remuneration system in the selected business entity. The theoretical part is focused on the study of literature and the importance of remuneration as defined by relevant laws. Further work is focused on the definition of terms such as salary and wages and the difference between them, defining the different types of rewards that employees can use. It was also defined the link between financial and nonfinancial form of remuneration.
In the practical part of the work they are used the theoretical part. On their bases was analysed and evaluated the current remuneration system in the selected business entity. On the basis of a survey by questionnaire was checked employee satisfaction and was identified the problem areas. The outputs of the investigation it should serve as a basis for proposing modifications of the existing remuneration system.
