Bachelor thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation and proposals for its improvement" is concerned with selected methods of financial analysis and assessment of the financial situation of the company TYHAN Ltd. The first part defines the theoretical foundations of financial analysis methods, instruments and indicators. In the second part we can find the application of selected methods of financial analysis for the company TYHAN Ltd. The last part deals with possible proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

Analysis of the performance of the budget of the town Habry

This Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the performance of the budget of the town Habry from 2009 to 2013 will focus on amendment to the law on budgetary determine taxes and its impact on the economy of the town. The basic concepts relating to the budget process and budget structure are defined in the theoretical part. The individual types of income and expenditure of the budget are in detail described in this part and the budget is discussed in detail in the practical part in the specific case of the town Habry. The influence of the amendment to the law on budgetary allocation of taxes to the budget of the town Habry is analyzed in the practical part, which is the main outcome of this Bachelor thesis. The budgets and final accounts provided by the town Habry were the source for this work and professional resources focused on this issue were the source in the theoretical part.

The legal immigration policy in the European Union

The main aim of this thesis is to explain the current legal regulation of immigration of the European Union. The first chapter is dedicated to the introduction of migration with the description of the theories of migration and the summary of possible causes and effects. The second chapter deals with the development of migration policy of the European Union. The third chapter describes current legal regulations in the field of immigration. The last part of this thesis analyses three judgements of the European Court of Justice, related to the immigration.
