Deciding on the optimal financial contribution of the regions for Medical Rescue Services operations
Stibalová, Alice ; Houšková Beránková, Martina (advisor) ; Roman, Roman (referee)
The principal goal of this thesis is the effort to create a decision model whereby the responsible Emergency Medical Service workers could set the amount of the required operating contribution. The operating contribution from the founder of the contributory organization is a very important item in creating the financial budget of the contributory organization. In the thesis the alternatives which may significantly influence the incomes of the contributory organization will be set by the decider. Since the founder determines the amount of the operating contribution which will be offered to the contributory organization, this data will not be worked with as a possible alternative. Furthermore the circumstances which may occur and which the organization must take into account will be determined.

The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to help select mobile phones choice for company employees using multiple criteria decision-making methods. The first part of this thesis focuses on general multiple criteria decision-making processes, criteria determination methods and compromise option choice methods. This part deals with Saaty's matrix, the sum approach method and AHP method in detail, which are applied in the second part of this thesis in practice. The second part consists of A case study which is indirectly divided into two parts. The first part of the case study contains a description of Staropramen, s. r. o., the procedure for selecting mobile phones used by the company and a description of the required parameters. The second part of the case study focuses on simulation of the selection process and application of the sum approach method and AHP method. Prediction of ash production as a side effect of burning coal in the coal power plant Ledvice
Zikmundová, Alena ; Kuncová, Martina (advisor) ; Houšková Beránková, Martina (referee)
The topic of this thesis is the prediction of production of ash as a side product in the coal power plant Ledvice. The goal of the first two chapters was to present the development of consumption of electricity and the resources of electric energy in Europe, show the trends in energy industry at the beginning of the 21st century, introduce the energetic company ČEZ, summarize the issue of side products in power plants and present the new block of the coal power plant Ledvice. In the theory section, the methods of linear programming, simulation models, linear regression model and artificial neural networks were presented. These methods were used in the application section to create an optimization model for the processing of the side products of burning coal, to create a simulation of the production of side products and to use the results to optimize the processing of the side products of burning coal and to create a model to predict the production of bottom ash to coal burned ratio based on the characteristics of the coal burned moisture, ash and lower heating value using artificial neural networks.
Islamic Fundamentalism in Psychological Perspective
HOUSKOVÁ, Martina
This thesis describes the basic psychological elements of Christian fundamentalism, which are at the same time related to the psychology of the Islamic fundamentalism. The second chapter of this thesis deals with the historical consequences of the Islamic fundamentalism, which is vital for the comprehension of the psychological aspect of the problem. We come to the conclusion that the main source of this phenomena is - thanks to the worldwide globalization - the enculturating influence of the West. The final chapter deals with the psychological analysis of the conversion of the individuals to the fundamentalist groups, the role of the leader and the influence these groups have on the individual. We can see the interesting analogy of the fundamentalist movements with the function of the sectarianism.
