The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design and to develop an elaboration of documentation for the construction of the house on a slope. The family house is located in a quiet part of the village Malenovice. It is designed as a separate two sotrey buildings. One of them is above ground and the other one is on the ground floor and underground. The main entrance to the house is from the ground floor. The main residential part of the house is in the above ground floor with an access to the terrace. The main supporting part of the ground floor is formed by concrete bricks of lost formwork and the above ground floor is formed by lime-sand bricks Ytong. The ceiling constructions and the staircase are designed as reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a roof made of wooden trusses.

There are garages, bicycle storage and staffroom. On the first floor there is a small restaurant and rooms for accommodation. From those rooms you can go on the ground or terrace. The second floor is entirely residential. The total accommodation capacity of the hotel is 46 people.
