Title of work: Methodology of snowboarding - Digital processing Object of thesis: The point of this thesis is to make a model of DVD presentation, which should present complete methodical series that could be used for teaching sport called snowboarding. Methods: Analyse of printed or non-printed (electronic) documents. Production of texts for DVD presentation Production of video records. Creation of scenarios Selection of camcoder Editing video records Option of terrain Production of model DVD presentation. Creation of program interface Creation of computer graphics Results: Snowboarding is sport with huge complex of skills which we need to train continuously with constant repeating alias these skills are good to practice. The DVD can be used by beginners as an introduction to snowboarding, or the more advanced snowboarders for making their techniques more perfect or to enlarge their knowledge of this nice sport. Subject: Tandem Snowboarding for the Sight lmpaired Objectives: Describe of available techniques and methodology oftandem snowboarding. Apply the tandem snowboard training to a sight impaired person. Design training of balance for tandem snowboarding. Evaluation of selected skills on tandem snowboard from the view ofbalance. Methods: Individua! study of the sight impaired person - evaluation of training of the couple: sight impaired person and pilot to tandem snowboard with the help of observing the tandem snowboard training. Metodology- by the studying ofbalance for tandem snowboarding we design the training ofbalance for tandem snowboarding to sight impaired people. Describtion of sight impaired poeple. Describtion and digest of the tandem snowboard training is in the first part of the dissertation with the help of literature and internet sources. Design of the training of balance for tandem snowboarding sight impaired people. Evaluation of selected skills on tandem snowboard from the view of balance in the second part ofthe dissertation. Results: We added designed balance training to the metodology oftandem snowboarding. Results are analysing level of selected skills from the view of balance on tandem snowboard both ofthe racers. Ski training courses in primary and secondary school in the Czech republic

Title: Ski training courses in primary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic Objective To assess the current status of ski training courses in primary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic Purpose of the study The design for the study of this subject originated from results of previous research carried out since1990. This research indicated that since 1990, interest in ski training courses, as demonstrated by school pupils, administrators and teachers, has declined. The purpose of the work is to appraise whether this trend continues, to assess the underlying cause and to help reverse this unfavourable trend. Method Research methods will include inquiry in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaires will be supplemented with a brief explanation of the objectives and tasks. The questionnaires will be sent to physical education teachers in approximately 100 primary and 100 secondary schools. The results will be analysed using Microsoft ACCESS and Microsoft EXCEL. Comparison of the cross-country skiing training system of children in the age of 10-12 in Czech Republic and in Norway

Title of the thesis: Comparison of the cross-country skiing training process of children in the age of 10-12 in Czech Republic and in Nmway. Name and surname ofthe graduating student: Lenka Šimánková Field of study: Tělesná výchova a sport. Object of the thesis: The final objections of this thesis are to analyse in a wider context the sport training in cross-country skiing of children in the age of 10-12 in the selected skiing clubs in Czech Republic and in Norway. Method: Case study describing two auxiliary views to the education and training of children in cross-country skiing. Comparative analysis of the background material - official annual reports on ski-association's activities - SLČR (Czech Ski Association) and Norges Skiforbund (Norwegian Ski Association). lnformal interviews with experts on training of children in cross-country skiing- J.l. (CZE), P.N.(NO). Findings: Comparison of training systems of children in Norway and in Czech republic may have some profit for the sport training, fmancial secure and outer conditions for sport activities of children in the age of 10-12 in cross-country skiing. Téma diplomové práce: Historie lyžařského vybavení od počátků lyžařského sportu až po současnost. Theme of the Diploma work: History of skiing equipment from the beginnings of skiing sport till present Cíle práce: Zpracovat přehledný, informačně-hodnotný a přiměřeně stručný přehled historie vývoje lyžařského vybavetú od počátků lyžařského sportu do současnosti. Metoda: Práce má historický charakter, použité metody proto vycházely z historiografických metod, konkrétně metody historické, metody přímé a metody chronologické. Výsledky: Obohacují teoretické a dokumentační zázemí studia historie lyžovátú, rozšiřují okruh informačních zdrojů s lyžařskou tématikou. Occurrence of Harmful Substances in Snowboarding

Název práce: Výskyt zdraví škodliyých látek ve snowboardingu Cíle práce: Snaha o změnu postoje společnosti k užívání lehkých drog ve snowboardingu (neposuzovat je jako doping, ale jako způsob projevu, životní filozofie. Metoda: Základní metodou, která byla použita na získávání potřebných informací, je dotazníková metoda. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 67 snowboardistů a byl prováděn v zimních střediscích v České republice. Výsledky: Zjištění postoje snowboardistů na námi zkonstruované otázky, týkající se užívání zdraví škodlivých látek: Snowboardisté užívají marihuanu častěji než běžná populace, velká většina z nich tvrdí, že se po užití drogy kvalita jízdy nezlepšuje. Pouze 1/3 snowboardistů si myslí, že je pro snowboarding užívání lehkých drog typické, přitom se 95% z nich pohybuje mezi lidmi, kteří užívají marihuanu. Název: Bezpečnostní aspekty při snowboardingu Cíle práce: Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit kompletní přehled bezpečnostních aspektů pro snowboarding a činitelů, které bezpečnost ovlivňují. Metoda: Při zpracování diplomové práce jsme použili metodu analýzy dokumentů, která se zabývá danou problematikou. Výsledky: V diplomové práci jsme se pokusili shromáždit všechny bezpečnostní aspekty, které snowboarding ovlivňují. Vytvořili jsme tak souhrnný přehled důležitých bezpečnostních faktorů a souvisejících rizik při snowboardingu. Název práce: Charakteristika lyžařského orientačního běhu Anglický název práce: Ski Orienteering characterization Cíle práce: Celkový popis sportovní disciplíny lyžařský orientační běh. Metodické zpracování problematiky přípravy v lyžařském orientačním běhu se zaměřením na specifické tréninkové prostředky tohoto sportu. Metody: Práce byla vypracována s pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Jednalo se o zpracování velkého množství informací, které byly získány pomocí analýzy objevených dokumentů, neformálních rozhovorů a práce s internetem. Výsledky: Přispěly k porozumění zvláštností sportovního tréninku této disciplíny a k celkovému popisu méně známého sportu.
