Název diplomové práce a jeho p eklad do anglického jazyka Rozhodování soudu v konkursním ízení Judicial decision-making in bankruptcy proceedings Summary The purpose of this thesis is to describe judicial decision-making in one of the stages of insolvency proceedings, which are bankruptcy proceedings. Judicial decision-making in bankruptcy proceedings is not only an important institute of bankruptcy proceedings, but also of the whole insolvency proceedings as such. Insolvency proceedings are a special type of legal proceedings which solve a debtor s bankruptcy or imminent bankruptcy and a form of its solving. Bankruptcy proceeding is one way of solving bankruptcy and in case of bankruptcy declaration the claims of creditors (which have been found) are relatively satisfied from the revenue of sold debtor s bankruptcy assets and the outstanding claims of creditors or their parts do not extinct, unless the law provides otherwise. In my thesis, I deal with decision-making activities of bankruptcy courts in bankruptcy proceedings. In order to understand the various decisions published by this subject of the insolvency proceedings, firstly I had to focus on explaining the most important concepts, the historical development of not only Czech, but also foreign bankruptcy legislation which affected the current legal...

A usage of cultural facilities in tourism development on case of selected museums in the region of Třebíč

The aims of thesis were analyze supply and demand of tourism and to complete the products for selected segment of visitors and to suggest possibilities of communcation and cooperation cultural facilities and sector of tourism in the region of Třebíč. The thesis includes several parts. The first part is a theoretical part, which provides basic theoretical information. Another part contains an analysis of tourism offer in the region of Třebíč. In the next part of thesis was performed marketing research of cultural facilities in the region of Třebíč. Another tree SWOT analyses were performed. This information led to the development process of tourism in the region of Třebíč.

Regional aspects and tourism development potential tourism development in the Prague region

Diplomová práce se zabývá regionálními aspekty a potenciálem rozvoje cestovního ruchu ve významné destinaci cestovního ruchu, v regionu Praha. První kapitola je věnována obecné problematice cestovního ruchu, definici cestovního ruchu, jeho formám, specifikům a předpokladům. Druhá kapitola zahrnuje obecnou analýzu současné situace v regionu Praha ve vztahu k cestovnímu ruchu. Jako problémové stránky města jsou zde vyzdviženy stav životního prostředí, dopravní situace a bezpečnost ve městě. Další kapitola se věnuje předpokladům pro cestovní ruch, současné situaci a vybavení města ubytovacími kapacitami a informačními centry, které se jeví jako dostačující s malými mezerami. Pozornost je věnována i úspěšnému segmentu cestovního ruchu v Praze, kongresové turistice, a možnosti pořádání letních olympijských her v Praze. Čtvrtá kapitola odhaluje pomocí dotazníkového šetření návštěvníků města další nedostatky cestovního ruchu v Praze. Pátá kapitola se zabývá propagací města, kterou se zabývají především organizace CzechTourism a Pražská informační služba a jeví se jako a nedostatečně koordinovaná. Poslední kapitola se zabývá shrnutím silných a slabých stránek města ve vztahu k cestovnímu ruchu a věnuje se i současným trendům vývoje cestovního ruchu v Evropě. Na závěr jsou formulována doporučení pro rozvoj podnikatelských aktivit a odstranění překážek dalšího rozvoje cestovního ruchu v Praze.
