This bachelor thesis deals about design of machining single-stage gearbox shaft. The thesis consists of five main parts. The first part focuses on constructional-functioning characteristic of single-stage gearbox shaft. The second part focuses on shaft component analysis. The third part focuses on 3D model and component drawing. The fourth part focuses on preparation of TPV documentation and the last part is the evaluation of the design.

This diploma thesis deals about design of production technology of friction plate clutch. The thesis is primarily focuses on the technological, but also partly on the construction side of the design. The constructional design includes the calculation of parameters, the creation of drawing documentation and 3D models. Technological design includes the choice of suitable production methods, design of semi-finished products, machinery, including tooling and economic evaluation of the entire production process.
