The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a kindergarten in Moravany u Brna. The building is situated in a flat terrain. There will be designed a garden house behind the kindergarten. The building is basementless with two storeys, in part one storey. There are three operating units, unit with classes, economical unit and administration unit. Walls are designed from KM Beta Sendwix system, ceilings are from reinforced concrete and the roof is designed as a flat roof.

Detached family house

The subject of the Thesis is a newly built of univoltine house with a temporary accommodation. The building is laid into the flat landscape of the selected allotment in the city called Kroměříž. It consists of the two floors. The main entry is oriented to the southwest. The building is designed from the KM BETA system. The construction of the ceiling system is designed from HODOTERM - KM BETA. The construction of the rooftop consists of the two pent roofs with a 15 ° slope of the roof plane.

Detached House with Pedagogical-Psychological Guidance Centre

Bachelor thesis on The new detached house with pedagogical-psychological Guidance Centre at the documentation for the execution of works was drawn up so that the object is divided into two parts. The first part is a detached house with garage. There is an attic above the prevailing flat house, which has a shed roof. The roof over the garage, store and sanitary facilities is flat roof. There were designed operating room and daily room on the first floor and there is a quiet zone for the family in the attic. Entry to the garage is also possible through the vestibule. The living room provides entry to the outdoor terrace. The second part is a Guidance Centre, which is located on the ground floor. There is designed a shed roof. Circumferential load-bearing walls and interior load-bearing walls were structurally designed masonry system Porotherm. The entire building is insulated by ETICS. There are combinations of white, grey and brown shades of colors on a facade. Draft stationary traffic for counseling clients and residents of the detached house was situated in the northern part of the site.

Detached House with Two Flats in Holešov

This bachelor thesis „Detached house with two flats in Holešov“ is created in a form of implementing project documentation and it contains all requirments according to the valid regulations. Designed object is situated on a lot number 2394/8, 2394/9, 2395/8 and 2395/9 in Holešov. The object stays separated from other objects. For designing this family housing was used Heluz system. Construction of a roof is separated into two parts. Main unit is covered by truss structures and garage with the other apartment have flat roofs. This newly built housing is designed for family consisting of 5 people and for disabled person. There is a barrier-free unit designed for the disabled person, which is part of seminar work. There is also garage attached to the house. The object has two floors and no basement. Architectural study, calculation of construction physics, stairs and foundations of building are also part of this project.

Resort Sázava

Subject of this diploma thesis is a design of a newly built accommodation and relaxation centre Resort Sázava. The structure is located on a sloping plot near town Sázava, in Kraj Vysočina. The locality is situated in preserved area Žďárské vrchy. The facility is divided into three buildings by their function. The buildings have rectangular shapes and have gabled roofing. The resort offers services of accomodation, boarding, conferences, relaxation and sports. The whole facility was designed in architectural study along with its functional linkups. Object SO 01 with restaurant and conference rooms was designed in detailed design documentation.

Retirement home

It handles about a „Retirement home“ named project (3 floors, with a partial basement, building on a slight slope). The base structure is of reinforced concrete strips. The walls of the basement are made with the application of hidden formwork type system BEST. The bearing and non-bearing walls are of majority used silicate bricks. The staircase structure consists of monolithic reinforced concrete 2x brokem slab. For ceilings slab panels, are used Spiroll. The building is finished with a single layered flat roof.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house, which is designed as a two-floor. On the first floor, there is the technical ground of the house, laundry room, garage, bathroom,bedroom and living room with kitchen. The second floor is used only for residential purposes. The building is designed as a stand-alone house on a flat terrain. The roof is designed as a flat roof.

Log Guest House on the Silver Courtyard in the Jihlava

The aim of this master´s thesis is to design a log house on a particular parcel near the city of Jihlava in locality called Silver Courtyard. There will also be designed a shooting range for shotguns and rifles with facilities for shooters on this plot. There are also designed cottages for four and eight people, which will be placed between the log house and the shooting range on the edge of the pond. The log house will include a swimming pool, a whirpool bath, restaurant and two lecture halls. Wall structure is designed from wood sandwich system from OK Pyrus. The log house has a partial basement where are garages and technical support for the operation of the building. On the ground floor are all operations. Attic is only for guests. The log house is covered with a gable roof with insulation above the rafters for the use of aesthetic perception of the supporting truss. Covering is from the folded concrete. The overall concept is based on a proposal of the smallest possible heat loss.

Dog Shelter with Veterinary Facilities

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of this closed area of the shelter dogs with veterinary facilities and administration shelter in a specific location in the outskirts of Bystřice pod Hostýnem, street Meziříčská. It is a building amenities. In addition to the project itself is part of the job specialization - health and technical installations and connections. The work was developed in response to a bachelor thesis. The intention is to create a functional device with everyday hour, which will be provided by 7 employees. Given that the region is not represented such a device, its implementation will meet the requirements and demands of citizens of the town but also surrounding communities. The capacity of the shelter is designed based on the client's requirements with the possibility of placing domestic animals in max. Of 50 dogs, 50 cats and 16 small animals. Unless capacity is full, the device can be used as an animal hotel. In its own proposal, the emphasis was on the overall architectural character and design solutions. Suggested object is situated on a lot number 2394/8 in Holešov. It is a detached house designed in the Porotherm system. It is a two – storey building with a residential attic and without a cellar. The roof construction is gabled with an angle of 40 degrees. The building is set in a straight terrain. Disposition studies and seminar paper in a form of drawings of details are also parts of the thesis.
