Dumková, Daniela ; Todorov, Petr (referee) ; Boleslavská, Yvona (advisor) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
The assignment of the bachelor's thesis is an architectural study of a winery in Stará Hora in the village of Novosedly. In addition to wine production, the building also includes representative spaces (tasting, wine shop) and accommodation for guests and owners. The work is based on an already prepared study in the subject AG032 - Studio of Architectural Creation II, which was followed by the subject AG036 - Complex project and the whole project ends with a bachelor's thesis on the topic. The design includes two separate objects - a production object and a representative object, which lie on opposite sides of the plot. The production building is one-storey and partially hidden under the terrain. The shape of the representative building is inspired by the fruit of the vine. The representative building is two-storey, on the first floor there is accommodation for guests, including facilities for staff and a room for the owner, on the second floor there is a tasting room, hygienic rooms for guests and last but not least a catering area. The location of the building in a sloping terrain allows us a beautiful view of nearby Mikulov. The wooden terrace designed next to the representative building completes the shape of the vine fruit.
Polyfunctional zone MOŘICE okr. Prostějov
Dumková, Daniela ; Velehradská, Dagmar (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor)
The topic of the master‘s thesis is an architectural-urban study of a selected section within the revitalized area of the agricultural enterprise AGRISPOL Modřice. It builds upon the results of urbanistic planning studies by revitalizing ZOD AGRISPOL agricultural areas in Vitčice, Vrchoslavice and Pavlovice near Kojetín. The concept of using individual agricultural centers aligns with the investor’s preferences. In Mořice, the entire site is divided into two urbanistic functional units – a production section and a residential section. For production section was designed a greenhouse, a garden supplies store and biogas station complex with all the necessary equipment. On top of that, six silage troughs were installed, from which the station will be gradually filled. Furthermore, a set of eight silos has been newly designed to cover the necessary production capacity for the existing reception hall and the grain post-harvest line. Tree avenues of mainly fruit trees are planted along the roads in the area. The western section of the area is designed for long-term and short-term housing. Two new residential buildings have been designed, featuring starter apartments, mainly for AGRISPOL employees. In terms of shape, the houses follow the historical buildings, they are in the shape of the letter 'L'. Thanks to this, each house creates a pleasant inner courtyard for residents. The entire building is complemented by a profiled facade in white, which connects to the production area, which is in close proximity to apartment buildings. The southern wing of the house has designed terraces facing the garden, which are vertically divided by wooden facade slats. The roof is covered by gray ceramic roof tiles.
