The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial indicators in TRANS-TECHNIK company using statistical methods. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part, where the theoretical part describes the selected financial indicators and their calculating methods. Furthermore, it describes regressive analysis and time lines. In the practical part, this theory is then applied to the selected company TRANS-TECHNIK. At the end of this thesis, suggestions on how to improve the company situations can be found.

This thesis deals with evaluation of the economic situation of the company Profibaustoffe CZ, s.r.o. including financial indicators and statistical methods, among which belong time series and regression analysis. Focuses on formulate recommendations, that are based on the future development predictions of the financial indicators. Theoretical part contains definitions and processes of calculations for financial indicators, regression analysis and time series. In analytical part are made regression models, based on which the prediction of subsequent periods was determined, through which solutions are proposed to improve the future situation of the company listed in the final section.

This bachelor´s thesis is dealing with financial performance of a company called AGROMORAVIA, a.s. using time series. First, financial analysis will be performed, the input data are the financial statements of enterprise and statistical analysis of selected economic indicators. The result of financial analysis is to evaluate the current financial situation. The result of statistical analysis is the prediction of their future development, which draws from valuable information, which is the recommended proposals for improving the economic situation of the company. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge in the field of financial analysis and statistical analysis and explanation of used methods and procedures. In the second part is performed a financial analysis and a statistical analysis of company using time series analysis.

In the theoretical part are described individual indicators of financial analysis and statistical theory. The practical part describes the company's analysis using calculations of financial indicators and subsequent statistical methods. On the basis of the analyzes, I propose my own proposal for solving the situation in the company.

Theoretical part is focused on all important planning details, economics and legal aspects of petting up a company .The main goal of the practical part is application of theoretic findings into real business plan. The output is a compilation of pricing strategy and financial plan that can help determine the effectiveness of the chosen tactics.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the situation XYZ, using selected financial indicators and statistical methods representing the regression analysis and time series for the period 2011 to 2016. The thesis consists of three parts, where the first part is focused on the theoretical basis and describes individual selected financial indicators, regression analysis and time series. The next part describes the current state of the company and provides an overwiev of the financial situation of the company and outlines possible future developments. The last part constains suggestions of improvements and recommendations that the company should keep.

This bachelor´s thesis assesses a selected financial indicators in the company by using time series analysis. The theoretical part contains theoretical knowledge for the issue . In the analytical part are performed calculations of financial indicators during the reporting period and the application of theoretical knowledge. In the suggestion part are mentioned some proposals for improving future situation of the company. The outcome of this thesis is a program that is used for the calculation of selected financial indicators.
