The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes the respiratory stereotype focusing on its mechanics in children, the physiological respiratory wave, the postural function of the diaphragm and correct posture. A separate chapter is the pathophysiology of breath movements and their influence on the posture. The practical part deals with the evaluation of respiratory stereotype in children of preschool age, body posture and assessment of postural stabilization in the research file.
