The Bechelor´s thesis is focused on the design and preparation of project documentation of the family house on building estate no. 2065/3 registered in the cadastral area Lužice u Hodonína (689343). The building is designed in flat terrain. House is approximately square with dimensions of 14 x 9.5 m. Projected house has two floor with partial basement. Vertical structure in basement are consists of a shuttering system Verebex, other vertical structure are consists of a system Porfix. Horizontal supporting structures of the house are from Porotherm. Roof is saddle.

The project will respect the requirements of territorial planning documentation. The object is part of the basement. With two residential floors above the ground. A simple saddle roof. The House is designed in the porous concrete from Ytong.

There are two floors and underground floor – which is under a part of this house. In basement there is a office. Above living part of this house, there is a gabble roof. From second floor we can go to teracce, which is above garage.

Detached House Olbramovice

This bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house with a dental surgery, designed for a family of five. The house is situated in South Moravia, Znojmo district, in Olbramovice village, cadastral area no. 709930 – Olbramovice u Moravskeho Krumlova. The building is designed as a brick building. Vertical and horizontal constructions are designed from the Porotherm structural system. Foundation structures are designed from concrete. The main part of the building is covered with a pitched roof with a slope of 30°. The pitched roof is constructed as a wooden frame and a purlin system. The garage is covered with ply flat roof. The dental surgery is covered with a flat walkable roof. The building has two floors in the main part. In the side parts of the building (the garage and the dental surgery) object have only one floor. The building is newly built and it has a dissected plan.

Multifamily Housing

This thesis deals with design of multifamily housing. The building has two aboveground floors, a basement and a nonresidential attic. The gabled roof has an inclination of 36%, roofing of ceramic tiles TONDACH. The object consists of two separated flat units, the common basement and the attic floor. The basement will be used as a store room serving both families, further there will be a utility room, the lighting systém and the air intake is solved by window wells. Each flat has its own entrance and sanitary facilities. The entrance to the first flat is from the east side, from the street. The flat is on the first floor, contains a vestibule, wherefrom is an entrance to the toilet, the bathroom and the hall. From the hall there is an entrance to the common basement, further to the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom. The living room and the bedroom have windows oriented to the east. The kitchen with the dining room has windows oriented to the west with a view into the garden. A small pantry belongs to the kitchen. Doors from the kitchen lead to the porch and the garden. An entrance of the second apartment is situated to the other side of the house, from the garden. The flat is maisonette. On the first floor is located a vestibule, wherefrom doors lead to the changing room, the toilet, the common basement and the kitchen with the dining room. Windows in the kitchen and the dining room are oriented to the west with a view into the garden and to the east. Further there are stairs lead to the second floor. On the second floor there are situated the living room with the conservatory, three bedrooms, the bathroom with a toilet and the separate bathroom belonging to one of the bedrooms and the corridor with tilting stairs leading on the attic floor. Windows of the living room are oriented to the west with a view into the garden, windows in bedrooms are oriented to the east. Doors lead from the conservatory to the balcony.

The Bachelor’s thesis ,,Detached house“ is made as building documentation in agreenment with standarts and legal norms and act. Detached house is designed as two-floored without a basement house with a flat roofe. It’s a detached house on a slightly slope terrain. Social and technical premises are located in the first floor to. Master bedroom, fitness room, bathroom and kids rooms are situated in the second floor. The building is made of systems Velox, Ytong, Liapor. The construction is based on the concrete strip foundation.

Residential House

This Bachelor´s thesis solves a project of the residential house for one generation. The object has three floors, a basement and third floor is realised as an attic. Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The exterior walls of the basement are made of shuttering concrete blocks CSB. The saddle roof above the house is created with the concrete roof tiles BRAMAC. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details. Next, the project contains technical reports, hygrothermal report, fire safety solution and other technical design of the building.

The bachelor´s thesis The family house in Hamry nad Sázavou is processed as a project documentation. The proposed building structure is located in Hamry nad Sázavou. It is a detached house with three floors, a basement floor and a garage. This building construction is based on the strip footings. The load- bearing walls and partition walls are bricked up by Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made up of ceramic beams POT and brick inserts Miako. The roof structure is designed as a wooden shad. The ground floor and the second floor is used for living. The basement is designed for as a storeroom, gym, playroom, technological room and a garage. The natural lighting is provided by wooden windows. The heating is ensured by a combination of a gas boiler and a fireplace. The disposition study and the seminar works are attached as a part of this project.
