The subject of this bachelor thesis is analysis of the problem of housing financing. The theoretical part deals with the housing market in the Czech Republic on a general level. It also deals with the family budget and the analysis of financing possibilities, especially mortgage loan and building savings loan. The relevant question here is the comparison of advantages and disadvantages of renting and buying an apartment. The practical part illustrates the concrete application of the information obtained in theoretical part on the model case. Primarily, in the decision-making analysis, the choice between purchasing an apartment with subsequent possible sale and rental housing with a short-term and long-term perspective is addressed.

Tax Burden in Construction Business

This thesis deals with selecting the appropriate form of financing of the acquisition of a long-term property of the company. It compares different forms of property acquisition, especially focusing on credit and financial leasing, and also follows their tax aspects. The thesis then looks for the option, which affects the tax base in the most favorable way. Finnaly, it recommends the optimal form of property acquisition.

This diploma´s thesis is focusing on financial management of the construction order. First part of diploma´s thesis is dealing with financial management, financial analysis and management options. The practical part discusses financial plan, economic results and financial analysis of particular construction orders, which are evaluated within one year. The objective of the thesis aims to analyze impacts on the operating economy and evaluate construction contract in context of a construction company. The result is to evaluate financial analyses of construction orders and company´s too.

The aim of the thesis is to describe possible ways of financing construction investment from the investor's perspective. The theoretical part is mainly engaged in public and private contracts, including obtaining grants and loans. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the implementation of the construction contract, it's suitable financing option through credit and subsidies, and the overall evaluation of the method of financing.

The content of this bachelor thesis is a theoretical description and a specific elaboration of the business plan for the establishment of the BANH MI bar bageterie, which products and sells stuffed BANH MI baguettes. The theoretical part describes the legal forms of business in the Czech republic and provides a general description of the business plan. In the practical part, besides the specific plan, there is a comparison of the legal forms of business for the purpose of the selection the most suitable form for the future development of the company. The plan itself provides basic information about the company and its goals, market analysis , competitors, marketing strategy or financial plan. The final output consists of financial reports, which are processed in a realistic, optimistic and a pessimistic variant.

The bachelor thesis deals with an ivestment and its impact on the development of a municipality. The theoretical part focuses on investments and the investment space. Other topics are the management of municipalities, their budget and financial resources. It also describes regional development, its actors and methodology, which includes SWOT analysis. The practical part deals with the selected municipality, it includes its SWOT analysis and describes the particular investment intention. The last part of the thesis assesses the investment using a questionnaire survey and then is evaluates its impact on the development of the municipality.

Maximalization of Market Value in Construction Company

This thesis is about maximization of the market value of a company as a primary financial target of nowadays financial management. Valuation of real company in first part using discounted cash flow method is then completed with a sensitivity analysis. Purpose of it is evaluation of a rate of consequences from forecasted values of individual value drivers to the final market value of the company. The output is represented with suggestions to procuration just to maximize the value of the company.

Reduction in energy intensity of the public object

The thesis focuses on increasing energy efficiency of a public building. Firstly, the basic terms regarding public procurements are explained in general. A specific area of public procurements, especially contracting public procurements of small scale are studied next. The following part of the thesis is dedicated to the basic terms in the area of energy efficiency of buildings. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate all the procurement procedures related to a concrete public procurement of small scale, to evaluate the energy efficiency of the building before the realization and to reevaluate the energy efficiency including monitoring of the building after the realization.
