The name of work: Tactic analysis of elite tennis players at grass court The aim: The aim of this work was to find what is the conception of tennis tactic by elite players on grass surface by quantitative analysis of tactical ways of selected players during tournament Wimbledon 2014. Method: The analysis was based on indirect monitoring of video records from Wimbledon 2014. It was used a quantitative investigation using line method in folios. Analysis of the badminton match in women's singles

Title: Analysis of the badminton match in women's singles Objectives: The goal is to identify the most suitable choice a combinations of the first three shots, leading to the acquisition point between the server and the receiver among the best world woman players. And also to discover which was the usage of different types of serve, return and the third shot. Methods: Indirect analysis - videoanalysis Results: The results has shown that women prefer short forehand serve, most of the returns went into the front of the court, than most used shot was lob which tended into rear backhand court. The most played shot was lob into rear backhand court, which is interesting. Still woman players were more successful with the short shots at the net. Analysis of competitive matches of peewees in tennis

Title: Analysis of competitive matches of peewees in tennis Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to determine how the players evaluate themselves in competitive matches and how they manage stressful situations during their matches. Methods: The study included five players of the tennis club Sokol Petrovice. Their age was 10 - 12 years old. From inquiries I obtained needed information from their coach and the feedback from the players themselves after playing competitive matches. Thanks to the observation, especially at a tennis training camp, I wrote an analysis of each player and I also observed the progression of competitive matches. Results: In most cases, players between 10 and 12 years old are not able to evaluate themselves objectively. Generally, their strongest stroke is forehand. Managing stressful situations during the matches depends mostly on psychical toughness of the players. Nervousness, loss of concentration and fear very often appear at this age while managing stressful situations. Key words: tennis, self - evaluation, stressful situation

Title: Situations and problems of incipient tennis coaches Objectives: The objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyze situations and psychosocial problems of incipient tennis coaches. Methods: The study is conducted by qualitative form of research and by six personal case studies. The interviews with instructions were chosen as a method for data obtaining. All of them were recorded on audio recording device. Results: I created four themes - circumstances and reasons for the commencement of coaching activity, merits of coaching profession, the most common problems of incipient coaches and aims of incipient coaches. All of them above mentioned are crucial for the adaptation of beginning coaches during a transition period from player's activity. Title: Fulfilling the principles of fair play tennis with players from age categories under 12 and 14 Objectives: The goal was to implement and evaluate the interview focused on compliance with the principles of fair play among tennis players in the age categories under 12 and 14. The research was based on the findings of randomly selected match participants made in the context of competition mixed tennis teams to provide insight into the present situation of fair play in these age categories, to identify problematic issues and provide recommendations for practice. Methods: The research method was a structured interview containing questions enclosed or semi-enclosed. Results: The object of the research were players of tennis in ages under 12 and under 14 born in 2003 - 2005, respectively 2001 - 2002. The results of the two-month research showed that the most serious transgressions, which are contrary to the principles of fair play, include break of game rules and inappropriate behavior. Failure to shake hand with an opponent and expressions of superiority over weaker opponents occurred to a lesser extent. Formation and development of sport game Ultimate

Název práce: Vznik a vývoj sportovní hry Ultimate Cíle práce: Cílem práce je shrnutí aktuálně dostupných informací o sportovní hře Ultimate. Na základě získaných informací je ve snaze autora podat ucelený text o vzniku, vývoji a současném stavu netradiční sportovní hry Ultimate, též označované jako Ultimate Frisbee. Dalším cílem je komparovat vývoj sportovní hry Ultimate v jednotlivých částech světa. Metoda: Pro získání informací, které vedly k popisu zkoumané problematiky, byla použita zejména analýza odborné literatury a analýza dokumentů a textů. Dále autor pracoval s historickým výzkumem, jež byl relevantní pro pochopení současného stavu a vývoje Ultimate. Výsledky: Autorovi se podařilo shromáždit informace o sportovní hře Ultimate na základě dostupných pramenů jak z dostupné české literatury a internetových zdrojů tak hlavně ze zahraniční literatury. Shromážděné informace podávají ucelený pohled na moderní, rozvíjející se sport, který se v rámci posledních dvaceti let snaží dostat do povědomí veřejnosti. Title: Fitness preparation of younger boys in tenis Objectives: The aim of this work is to assess fitness preparation of young tenis players in years 11 - 14 and than find out their level of motor assumptions. Methods: In this work I used a method of testing, observation, interwiev with a trainer and comparative analysis. Results: I found out that players who regularly train fitness training significantly improved compared to those who don't have fitness training in their training mode. Title: Guide for selection of tennis equipment Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis is to create a detailed guide for selecting tennis equipment, which will help people choose right racquet, strings and balls. In addition a questionnare will be elaborated to detect the equipment preferences of players at performance level. Methods: Content analysis of documents was used in this thesis and was completed by a questionnare. Results: Result of this thesis is a guide for selecting tennis equipment, which helps people choose the right racquet and strings. One will also gain better knowledge of tennis ball characteristics in connection with different surfaces and varying game styles. Also results from the questionnare will be elaborated to illustrate the preferences of players at performance level.
