Extrakce fototextur pro 3D fotometrickou rekonstrukci
Peroutková, Hedvika ; Buriánek, Jan (advisor) ; Suk, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis deals with the problem of creating textures from photographs, especially for a computer model of buildings. The fact that images are taken from diff erent views and border points of a texture are known is supposed in this thesis. Within the frame of this thesis a system for texture extraction from photographs, searching correspondences in textures and merging textures from di erent views to the fi nal high quality texture suitable for a given model was developed. The problem of registration textures obtained from di fferent images is solved both by feature method based on SIFT descriptors and by method arisen from a deformation model. The implemented methods are also applicable for texturing of huge models in suffi cient quality. We restrict our task to texturing 3D surface models built up from planar faces.

Mach, Lukáš ; Buriánek, Jan (advisor) ; Sedláček, David (referee)
Image-based modeling o ers a way to create precise 3D reconstructions of existing scenes based on their photographs. We describe essential results from projective geometry and computer vision necessary to perform such reconstructions, investigate how sparse feature matching algorithms can be used to help the user in creating the scene more easily and implement a fully functional open source software solution.

In the present work we study use of graph matching algorithms for registration of important image points obtained from di erent sources. We especially focus on acquiring more precise data for nal 3D model reconstruction from a large set of images with already known corresponding points. We give a short overview of graph matching problem including de nitions, computational complexity and various approaches and examples of using graph matching algorithms for solving various problems in many elds. Then we propose our algorithm for approximation of attributed relational minimum cost sub{graph isomorphism problem that is able to match a large number of huge graphs in reasonable time. We also give a short overview of point correspondence problem and we implement suitable edge and vertex metrics for matching partial 2D and 3D model geometry and we test proposed algorithm on both real and synthetic data. We restrict our work to weak point correspondences supposing the nal reconstructed 3D model is built-up from faces.

Příprava a provedení analýzy poštovních konferencí Debianu
Buriánek, Jan ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Jelínek, Ivan (referee)
This bachelor thesis is devoted to techniques and technologies within area of unstructured data processing. This processing includes building an infrastructure to make it feasible and obtaining data of all Debian mailing lists contents. In order to fullfil the main goal of this thesis, there has been downloaded entire content of Debian mailing lists. Debian mailing lists are a valuable source containing information about the Debian operating system and its software components. It proves that its software components are well-made reliable open-source tools. It is expected that this source of data is able to unveil plenty of unexpected relations. Used data and technologies as the Elasticsearch search and analysis engine are excelent tools and resources to conduct research over such type of comparism of mind and computer outputs as in case of Searle's axioms from article "Is Brain's mind a computer program?". This thesis is attempting to prove that such analysis is feasible.
