Burnout syndrome and the importance of psychohygiene in helping professions

(in English): The content of this bachelor's thesis is the issue of burnout syndrome and the importance of psychohygiene in the helping professions - specifically for teachers, health professionals and workers in social services. The aim of the work will be to find out what is the rate of occurrence of burnout syndrome in individual groups of helping professions, to compare them with each other, and at the same time to find out what is the level of awareness about mental hygiene across these groups. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is primarily focused on explaining the main concepts, such as the helping profession, burnout syndrome and psychohygiene. The practical part then deals with research, where the main goal is to compare the incidence rate of burnout syndrome in individual groups of helping professions (pedagogues, health professionals and workers in social services). As a research method, the questionnaire survey method was used in the practical part. The questionnaire is made up of three parts - specific information about the interviewee, a standardized MB (Burnout measure) questionnaire and a part focusing on mental hygiene.
