Draft Standardization Project to re-mold Processes and Procedures in Oresi, Ltd

The subject of this work was the now completed project pertaining to the reconstruction of kitchen work tops DOLTI made by Oresi s.r.o.. The aim here was to determine whether this project is standardizable or completely unique. Based on thorough research of the term project, i have created a concise list of characteristics of the term Research into the term standardization yelded the final choice of the PMI standard. Results of research into the term project allowed me to then identify individual sources of information. The focus was on qualitative data and where higher degree of understanding is required, an opinion from an expert of the relevant field is avaliable. Based on the analysis of the data gathered, it is then determined whether the reconstruction of DOLTI is a unique project and a form of standardization of repeated ations/tasks in accordance to the PMI standard is proposed to ensure potentional simplification and organisation of planning pertaining to future projects undertaken by Oresi s.ro.
