Rewarding of Employees and its Impact on Stimulation and Motivation at a Particular Company

The Bachelor thesis deals with problems of remuneration and its relationship to motivation and stimulation of employees. Theoretical knowledge are targeted to describe characteristic of remuneration in general, define systems of remuneration itself and also particular payroll forms. Attention is paid mainly to individual forms of remuneration acting as a stimulation means for employee, which are useful for an effective employee motivation in the company. In the practical part, obtained data are used for evaluating the existing system of remuneration and for evaluating used incentives of this system in concrete company. The bachelor thesis also pays attention to detected deficits and to suggestions of such rewards, which will motivate employees to perform tasks now assigned.
The role of rating in terms of FDI

The world crisis that countries were facing since 2008 strongly affected the international capital flows. Beside other factors, the cause was found in inaccurate ratings hence the rating agencies were criticized very harshly. The mail goal of this diploma thesis is to study the interconnection between sovereign rating and FDI inflow from 2011 until 2015. The first chapter describes FDI and main factors which play a key role in FDIs setting. The second chapter concentrates on rating and rating agencies. The third part of the thesis works with representative countries data in 2006 and 2015 and its aim is to compare FDI inflow and sovereign rating of each country using static data. Last chapter consists of three case studies: Slovenia, Portugal and Ireland and tries to find out if there is a correlation between FDI inflows and ratings from 2011 until 2015.

Consolidated Financial Statements

This master’s thesis deals with a comparison of applied methods of consolidation in connection with evaluation of impact of their difference on a financial situation of capitally connected enterprises through a financial analysis. Theoretical background describes fundamental characteristics of a consolidated financial statement and representative indicators of a financial analysis, but also deals with a procedure of a consolidation. In the practical part of the thesis the acquired knowledge is applied on the evaluation of the current and newly chosen method of consolidation in connection with execution of the financial analysis of both methods. The thesis also deals with the assessment of concrete results and complete evaluation of methods in relation to the financial position and performance of the consolidated enterprise.
The Changes in the approach to financial market regulation after the crisis with the impacts on the Czech banking sector

After the outbreak of the financial crisis the question of a deficient financial market regulation came to the forefront from the point of view of might causes. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the changes in the attitude towards creating the regulation measures and to analyze the impacts of the new set of reform Basel III on the Czech banking sector. The first chapter describes regulation and supervision of the financial markets and the attitudes towards creating the new regulation measures. The second chapter concentrates on the set of reform Basel III and its time implementation. The preformed analysis of the Czech banking sector indicates its preparedness for the Basel III implementation and the direct effects which are in connection with accepting this document possible. Further, there are also examined secondary effects caused by the Czech banking sector ownership structure.
