Piston Modification for Suzuki Swift 1,3 GTi 4-stroke SI-engine

This bachelor’s thesis is engaged in a piston modification of engine type G13B of vehicle Suzuki Swift 1.3 GTi. The aim of my work is to perform changes of some dimensions of the piston, while complying with some of the main dimension, to increase its stress resistance and the engine’s power. Strength calculation for the piston to last during the whole service life of the engine is an indispensable part of this work.

Religious situation in town of Polná in the period 1880-1920

Religious situation in Polná between 1880 and 1920 The purpose of this diploma thesis, under the leadership of PhDr. Tomáš Petráček, Ph.D., Th.D. of 163 774 signs, is to analyse the circumstances in the Roman Catholic parish in Polná as well as in Jewish community in this town, relationship of these two religious groups in the period specified above included. It tries to put all documents down concisely about the harmonious coexistence between these two religious groups, the change in the social life among Christians and Jews which happened after the assassination of Anežka Hrůzová in 1899. It also tries to put other reasons down because of which this relationship made worse. The main sources of this diploma thesis are Polná's Chronicles. The most important of them is "Pamětní kniha děkanství polenské od roku 1836." Then "Kniha památny města Polny, díl druhý" and "Pamětní kniha města Polné 1914 - 1934." The diploma thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first one introduces the history of Polná to us. It tries to describe the town from the historical point of view at the turn of the 19th and the 20th century. Kubínová Drahoslava_diplomová práce_Vývoj farnosti Malšice.txt Summary The evolution of the parish of Malšice in the years 1948 - 1969 The thesis led by PhDr. Tomáš Petráček, Ph.D., Th.D. consists of 264 584 sings (spaces and remarks included). The thesis deals with the evolution through which the parish of Malšice had gone in the years 1948 - 1969 and with the fact how the leverage of different administrators influenced it. Malšice is a quite atheistic village nowadays. This has an impact on the life of the parish itself meaning for example the low attendance of the church service. Moreover the attendance is by large part provided by the parishioners from neighbouring parishes. Besides the Sunday church services the religious life is almost none. This state does not change during the time very much. On the contrary, it is almost a constant even owing to the history. This task is then trying to find and answer to the question of what or who is in the background of this long-standing negative evolution. The thesis is concerning the period from the start of the communist era in 1948 till the socalled Prague spring ( 1968).
