The main task of my bachor thesis: Crisis and shifting Households Menace below the poverty line is to analyse changes in households financial potential with a link to uneployment development, minimum salary rate, inflation increase in times of economic crises. I go into a detail in identification of risk of poverty rate and material deprivation of Czech hoseholds compared to member states of European Union in my analyses. Especialy for Czech Republic are made detailed analyses for households that are on or under the risk of poverty rate according to individual groups.

Financial Situation of Households

The financial situations of households are among the key factors influencing the market in the country. This thesis focuses on analyzing and evaluating the potential and financial position of Czech and Slovak households. It deals mainly with the analysis of data from the years 2004 to 2008, which is the period of the entrance of Slovakia and the Czech Republic into the European Union. The theoretical section describes events in particular, the economic and financial situation of households in those two countries during the observed years. The practical process uses different types of statistical methods and analysis to identify the financial situation in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as identify the differences between them. The conclusion summarizes the findings and observations of the research findings, which are implemented in the practical section.

Consumer Behaviour

The thesis focuses on investigating and searching for differences between consumer behavior of Czech and Slovak households depending on chosen socioeconomic factors. For the purpose of this thesis source materials are taken mainly from researches realized by Czech and Slovak Statistical Office, specifically from survey sampling Household Budget Study 2009. Data are analyzed through the use of comprehensive characteristics of location, variability and box diagrams. Generalized linear models are used for modeling dependence of consumer behavior on chosen quantitative and qualitative factors. Household consumer behavior is expressed through economic index - propensity to consume - which is determined by the share of total monthly income and expenditures.

Financial Balance of Households

The main task of this thesis deals with the financial balance of Czech households. The thesis monitors changes in the development of the debt burden of households, but it also pursue the development of their economies. The chosen period is the period from approximately 1997 to 2007 before the financial crisis and the period during the crisis in 2010. The aim of this paper is statistical analysis of data file Household budget survey in 2009. It focuses on the financial balance of households based on the difference between revenue and expenditure of households.

The thesis defines basic terms in field of loans provided in the Czech Republic. It is also focused on different kinds of incomes, dole problem is being detailed here. The thesis includes analysis of financial balance of households focused on searching factors, that impact it significantly. Outputs of this analysis are used to identify households, which are threatened by insolvency.

Graphic Opportunities of the System R Commander

This work describes opportunities of the System R Commander with the inclusion of plug-in IPSUR. The creation and the utilisation of graphs in the statistical programme R Commander is explained in this work. All of mentioned is illustrated on data file. The deal of the final part is to explain how graphs export and make a mention of graphics formats which are offered in this statistical programme.

Social Situation of Households in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the social situation in the Czech Republic and compares it with the social situation in Slovakia. It gives factors that affect household incomes and expenses in both states. It follows the development of average wages before taxation and handle poverty in the Czech and Slovak Republics. It compares individual monetary incomes according to the type of household and monetary expenditures for individual items of the consumer basket in households divided according to the person at the head. It describes the prediction of development of the boundary of income poverty and the develpoment of the average gross monthly wage in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
