The Bacheler Thesis is focused on a modern trend in personal marketing called Employer Branding. The ambition of the thesis is to identify and evaluate tools that companies use to build and strengthen their internal and external Employer brand. Knowledge gained in the theoretical part is implemented into practical research. Practical part analyses strategy of Employer branding in AIMTEC a. s. and includes research in form of questionnaire which leads to evaluation of success of Employer Branding activities of this company. The research also includes preferences of students in choice of their future employer. This helps to understand the students motivation for their decisions in searching an employer who presents the best option for them. The objective of the thesis is to sum up the strategy of AIMTEC in Employer branding, qualify the success of it and present new concept to strengthen the Employer brand of this company.
Governmental communication towards citizens and other states on the social media from 2011 to 2013

The bachelor's thesis "Government communication towards citizens and other states in the social media from 2011 to 2013" is focused on the modern phenomenon of government communication in the social media with citizens and also with citizens of foreign countries. In the theoretical part is described the background of governmental and institutional communication and terms essential for the thesis, such as social media, e-government and e-diplomacy. Theoretical knowledge is transferred into practice in the second part of the thesis. Based on the quantitative research of communication of the Czech government in the social media (Facebook, Twitter), there is observed efficiency of such communication at national and international level.

The bachelor's thesis "Presidential elections in the Czech Republic 2013 in the light of theory of communication" is focused on the theory of Czech political scientist K. W. Deutsch. This theory is based on the classic publication Nerves of Government. The thesis deals with the Czech presidential elections in 2013 and analysis of the communication channels of the candidates in the light of specific features of the Deutsch's communication theory. Its goal is to define the most accurate communication channels for usage in political campaigns according to K. W. Deutsch's theory.
