Pokročilé optické metody pro analýzu historických objektů
Bryscejn, Jan ; Drdácký, Miloš ; Jakůbek, J. ; Valach, Jaroslav ; Vavřík, Daniel ; Weiss, P.
The paper presents a review of special optical research infrastructure developed for analysis of historical objects and materials. They include new methods for analysis of surface qualities and micro-geometry, namely the coded photometry stereo method and its applications. Further, X-ray micro radiography and micro-tomography are presented and illustrated by typical applications.
Modelový výzkum větru pro památkovou péči
Pospíšil, Stanislav ; Drdácký, Miloš ; Slížková, Zuzana ; Lesák, Jaroslav ; Knotková, D.
The paper presents by means of case studies some possibilities of wind tunnel model research into the action of wind on monuments. The first case describes investigations of the behaviour of gothic sandstone pinnacles during cyclic action of various combinations of climatic loads. Further, the problems of wind pressure and eddies and flow around historic buildings are presented. The last example studies surface degradation of complex architectural forms due to atmospheric pollution.
Optical measurement of surface displacements in the vicinity of crack tip
Valach, Jaroslav ; Vavřík, Daniel ; Bryscejn, Jan ; Jakůbek, J.
Combined optical method for measurement of three displacement fields on flat specimens is described and applied for the evaluation of surface deformation of flat aluminum alloy specimen with central crack in tensile tests. The method utilizes two optical methods – Coded Photometry Stereo and the method of Interpolated Ellipses allowing the measurement to be performed simultaneously making it favourable for dynamical tests.
