Multi-function Realization of the TTS System

The research report describes the TTS system realized in the form of the DLL library for Windows 95/98//NT/2k/XP platform and also in the form of the MS ISAPI/NSAPI script for Internet applications. This TTS system works with the synthesis based on LPC, cepstral, and harmonic speech models and on the impulse response of the cepstrum.

Photodynamic canceours-tumour diagnostics

Visual colour imaging of cancerous tumorous of human bladder at photodynamic diagnostics is dealt with. Cancerous tumorous are imaged to be red while the healthy tissue is blue. This diagnostics is not optimal because of low colour contracts which is not maximal. Consequence of this is the decreased diagnostics sensitivity and specifity. We shaw methods how to improve this diagnostics.

Preparation and properties of pyroelectric detectors for optoelectronic applications (II)

Technology of preparation of doped single crystals of triglycine sulphate for application in optoelectronics is described. Internal report contains also technology of preparation of simple pyroelectric detectors which operate in infrared region, wavelengths 2-25ćm. Measurement methods for infrared detectors and their basic technical parameters are presented. The prepared infrared detectors operate as non-cooling elements with hybrid high impedance amplifier.
