Šebesta, Jiří ; Puskely, Jan (referee) ; Všetula, Petr (advisor)
Semestral thesis deals with design, numerical modeling and optimalization of lineary polarized patch antennas in program CST Microwave studio. In this thesis, various types of feeding methods and various methods for achieving multiband behaviour of patch antennas are compared.
Anthropogenic particles in soils of historical mining areas
Shalabai, Anastasiia ; Ettler, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Tuhý, Marek (referee)
Soils are an important receptor of anthropogenic contamination. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to summarize the information about the anthropogenic particles in soils, characterize their chemical and mineralogical composition and find out in which forms the risk elements are found in them. An experimental part of the work was carried out on samples of soils from historical mining and ore processing areas (Jihlava, Příbram) and, for comparison purposes, on an urban soil (Prague - Suchdol) in order to determine the binding of contaminants in particles of anthropogenic origin using a combination of portable X-ray fluorescence (pXRF), optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA). Dust particles in the studied soils originating from ore mining and processing and burning processes are especially enriched in As, Pb, Zn and Fe. The key contaminants are mainly bound in silicates, glass, oxide phases and sulfides. Iron is also present in the form of metallic droplets. The highest concentration of potentially toxic elements was found in samples from Příbram (mg/kg): As (1514), Pb (7970), Zn (10053). Arsenic was determined in pyrite (up to 2.27 wt.%), which typically is of ore mining. Lead is mostly bound in glass in slag particles (up to 25.12 wt.%...
Russian "New Drama"
Magdová, Marcela ; VEDRAL, Jan (advisor) ; ULLRICHOVÁ, Daria (referee)
The work focuses on the current Russian-language theatre writing, more precisely on its strongest and best-known fraction known as the “New Drama” movement. It questions the usage of the term itself as well as it outlines the historical development of Russian theatre, of drama of last twenty-five years and related events of the collapse of the Soviet Union and reflects the change of social paradigm. It describes the emergence of the phenomenon of "New Drama". It presents the names, institutions, general tendencies and its typology. In the second part, it puts emphasis on the production of four selected authors of the movement: Olya Mukhina, Ivan Vyrypayeva, Mikhail Durnyenkov and Yaroslava Pulinovich, whose works are analysed in detail. The analysis of the work of the four chosen authors and the context of its creation confirms the initial thesis of the gradual convergence of the original subcultural phenomenon with the mainstream. In conclusion, the thesis attempts to name the circumstances that led to the change of the authors’ strategies and thus generally to the transformation of the mainstream subculture.

Healthy lifestyle of the individual - the way to the health of population
KUČEROVÁ, Eva
The bachelor thesis summarizes the basic information about healthy lifestyle and it deals with this issue. It presents categories regarding healthy lifestyle and it presents the current scientific findings and recommendations in the area. The theoretical part is aimed at areas of lifestyle. It deals with the factors affecting human health and their division with regards to their importance. It aims particularly at the four main elements, which include: nutrition, smoking, stress, alcohol drugs abuse. I selected the factors as they related to human decisions the most and that is why they are more dependent on human will. First of all I am dealing with nutrition, particularly its optimum composition and effect on health. I further focus on stress and its mental and physical impacts on people. At the end of the theoretical part I am dealing with the question what the impact of smoking and alcohol and drugs abuse is on the human body. In the practical part, the research results are presented, focused on the issue above. The research part of the thesis realized in form of a questionnaire deals with nutrition, smoking, physical activity and health care in general in people working in the South-Bohemian Region. During the research I found out that women are more interested in their lifestyle than men, but they rather invest time while men mostly invest money. The research further documents that in people with elementary education there is higher percentage of smokers than in people with higher education. In the area of nutrition I focused on the difference between nutritional habits of men and women. I found out that women's diet is usually healthier that that of men, mainly because they are more interested in the nutrition quality, compared to men who do not care for the nutrition quality much. Therefore my thesis shows how people working in the South-Bohemian Region care fore their health and how they are interested in their lifestyle.
