Satisfaction of HC Sparta Praha ice hockey players

Title: Satifaction of HC Sparta Praha ice hockey players Objectives: The main aim of bachelor thesis is to chart satisfaction of ice hockey players in A team of HC Sparta Praha. Based on the results of the questionnaire some recommendations that would help the current situation will be made. Methods: Questionnaires were used for research of player's satisfaction in HC Sparta Praha, where the satisfaction with different factors and services that are offered by the team management were investigated. Data collection was carried out directly in the spaces of the cloakroom of A team after their training on June 5, 2015. Results: It was found out that the majority of players in HC Sparta Praha are rather satisfied. It is necessary to improve certain factors in order to achieve the absolute satisfaction of players. The research was attended by 31 respondents and the obtained data is shown in tables and graphs within the results part of the thesis. Players are satisfied with the equipment and environment the most, on other hand way they are the least satisfied with finances and rewards.
