Abstract My bachelor thesis The travel movement perspectives focused on the Královéhradecko and the Eagle mountains deals with a travel movement potential in the Eagle mountains and on the Královéhradecko area mainly with cycling tourism -- nowadays very popular -- and Hradec Králové has for it an ideal background. On the principle of the questionaire outcomes I can analyse what could be unambiguously characteristic for Hradec Králové and its surroundings, how the inhabitants are content with the living in this regional city and bring a city vision for its future period.

Development of urban districts Horní Počernice and Běchovice in the light of house building

My bachelor's thesis contains socioeconomic analyse of current situation in urban districts of Prague 9 -- Horní Počernice and Běchovice. I have concentred on realizationed and planned build-up in urban districts. In the other part I have found out how urban districts draw from funds of European Union. Which projects Horní Počernice and Běchovice were supported and which projects are planned to invest in future. After that I have been occupied with questioning. I have found out, how residents are satisfied with increasing residential build-up. In next part I have made SWOT analysy upon questioning and my own opinion. At the close I have expressed my own opinion on actual events in urban districts, on expansion of residential build-up and its social and area impacts.

Land use planning practices in Liberec

The bachelor's work is devoted to land use planning in Liberec. After theoretic introduction of the topic based on definitions, implications and conjuctions of land use planning, spatial development, strategic planning and regional policy I try to analyse socioekonomic, estate and land use charakteristics of town Liberec. The aim is to point out the most important specifics of town's lay out and asses the influence of land use plan, Construction Law, Strategy of town Liberec development in 2007-2020, community and decision making of authorities on features and aspekts of town area.

Posouzení situace "Vily Anička" z hlediska zákona č. 183/2006 Sb. o územním plánování a stavebním řádu ("Stavební zákon")

I propose to assess in my Bachelor's work the influence of the Construction Law on the building of the family house that is known as "Anička" ("Annie" in English) and which I shall henceforth refer to as "Vila Anička". The house is in the Secessionist style and has Land Register No 492 in Gončárova Street, Plot No 574, in the area covered by the Hradec Králové Land Register. In the first chapters I propose to describe and characterise in general terms the procedure for demolishing a building, the process of land and construction management, and the influence of the relevant bodies and their stance towards the construction and the architectural plans. I then propose to assess the conditions and requirements for undertaking the construction and the use of the building. In the second part of my Bachelor's work, I should like to go into more detail about the Generali Hradec Králové plan, whereby Generali Pojišťovna, a.s. (Generali Insurance Company Inc) intended to build a new administrative building on the site of Vila Anička. The capital investment in the construction of the new building was interrupted when architectural specialists submitted a proposal that Vila Anička should be registered as a listed building. The declaration of Vila Anička as a cultural monument was pivotal in the licensing process pursuant to the Construction Law and had a decisive effect with respect to authorisation of demolition of the building and subsequent building control. The aim of my Bachelor's work is to assess in a wider context the impact of the Generali Hradec Králové plan from the point of view of protection of public interests, town planning and the urban values in a given areas versus the interests propagated by the investor.

Social and Economic Development of the Town Tachov

Tato práce se zabývá rozborem sociálních, ekonomických a demografických jevů ve městě Tachov. Toto město je v rámci České republiky velice specifické, nejen díky své příhraniční poloze a s tím spojenou poválečnou historií vysídlování a znovudosídlování této oblasti, ale také nejvyšší měrou nezaměstnanosti a nejnižší vzdělaností ze všech bývalých okresních měst v Plzeňském kraji. Tyto jevy jsou popsány v první ? analytické části, která je završena SWAT analýzou. V této části je také stručně přiblížen historický vývoj a geografické podmínky města, jejichž znalost je nutná pro pochopení některých aspektů vývoje a současné situace města. Ve druhé části práce se snažím o nalezení možných východisek k potlačení slabých stránek a hrozeb a nalézt prostředky k podpoře silných stránek a příležitostí.

TOWN COUTNRY PLANNING ACCORDING TO THE NEW BULDING ACT AND IN COMAPRISION WITH OLD BUILDING ACT

Bachelor's work is analysis of Act 183/2006 Coll., on town country planning and building code (Building Act), that passed in March 14, 2006. I also describe the differences in comparison with previous Act 50/1976 Coll., on town country planning and building code (Building Act) and possible impact on town country planning in the Czech Republic. In first, theoretical, part of my bachelor's work I analyse the new Building Act, where I refer to the changes, that occured comparing to the old Bulding Act. In the second, practical, part I will engage in the concrete case of the changes in the town country plan according to the new Bulding Act in Česká Lípa. Here I would like to show the differences in the process of passing according to the old and new Building Acts and also show the impact that this change has on all touched subjects. At the same time I want to support my conclusions by the opinions of the specialists. The result of my work will be evaluation of the development of the town country planning and its influence on the residents of the town.

Analysis of utilization of the EU Structural Funds for Tourism

V první kapitole jsou popsány základní principy, podle kterých je implementována podpora do členských států Evropské unie, vč. cílů regionální politiky, popisu fondů Evropské unie a popisu projektového cyklu. Diplomová práce poskytuje přehled programů, ze kterých bylo možné čerpat podporu na cestovní ruch v programovacím období 2004 - 2006, a rovněž přehled programů, ze kterých mohou žadatelé čerpat nyní, tzn. v období 2007 - 2013. Další částí je analýza především SROPu, dále JPD 3 a INTERREGu IIIA Česká republika - Polsko. Poslední kapitola představuje příklad úspěšné žádosti o dotaci ze SROPu do oblasti cestovního ruchu.

Tato diplomová práce je regionální analýzou sociálních a demografických aspektů podmiňujících současný a budoucí rozvoj okresu Náchod. Zabývá se všeobecnou charakteristikou okresu, analýzou obyvatelstva, trhem práce, cestovním ruchem a programy rozvoje. Závěrečnou částí práce je SWOT analýza, která vyjmenovává silné a slabé stránky, hrozby a příležitosti regionu.

Společný regionální operační program - finanční toky a kontrola

DP na příkladu Společného regionálního operačního programu (SROP) mapuje nastavený systém finančních toků a kontroly strukturálních fondů v ČR se zaměřením na identifikaci hlavních problémových okruhů a nastínění možností jejich řešení. DP obsahuje jednak teoretické shrnutí informací o regionální a strukturální politice EU a ČR a čerpání prostředků z fondů EU v ČR a jednak podrobný popis finančních toků a kontroly v rámci SROP, identifikaci a analýzu dosavadních zkušeností a problémů a návrhy doporučení k jejich řešení. Dílčím cílem DP bylo připravit případovou studii pro výuku předmětů Evropské ekonomické integrace na VŠE v Praze, která je v DP prezentována.
