Family house in a slope

The aim of the thesis: "Family house in a slope" is the development of detailed documentation to build a house for four people on the lands number 145 and 130/8, in the village Albrechtice nad Orlicí. It is necessary to integrate the object into the surrounding buildings and it fitted properly into the sloping terrain and benefit not so attractive building land. The roof over the object will consist of two independent shed roof. The main entrance is from the adjacent road on the upper floor. The supporting part will be consist of a combination of concrete blocks - BEST formwork and ceramic bricks POROTHERM Profi. Non-bearing part will be consist of system POROTHERM Profi. The roof will be concrete roofing BRAMAC Natura. Building envelope will be warmed by a contact ETICS ending with a gray facade on the lower floor of a ventilated facade Cembrit Zenit reddish color in the upper floor. Doors and windows are wood with a golden oak color shade.

The aim of bachelor’s thesis is to design a family house in a slope.. The house is designed for 4 to 5 family members in the town of Polná near Jihlava. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. It is designed as three-storey house including a partial underground storey. The one car garage is next to the house and shares one common wall with it. The main entrance is in the first floor from the street of Na Podhoře. The main residential rooms are situated to the south side of the house. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic blocks and the underground floor is made of concrete blocks. The horizontal constructions are made of girders and ceramic blocks. The staircase is made of reinforced concrete. The roof is one-face flat roof. The facade makes contrast with white plaster and dark plaster in the perimeter.
