Fundamental properties of semicomductor materilas
Kahánek, Tomáš ; Jirák, Josef (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with fundamental properties of semiconductors materials and methods of their measuring. This work is focused on non-contact methods using light to generate electric charge in semiconductor. Tests were focused on measuring characteristics of PN transition light diods and semiconductor specimen with big resistivity, there was founded absorption edge of silicon.
Rationalization of production of digital receiver
Polák, Martin ; Maruška, Josef (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with topics related to optimalization and increases quality production in the electronics industry. Project purpose was to analyze process production manufacturing digital receiver in specific situation applied upon multinational company. Main part mine work was build-up FMEA analysis and creation control plan production line. For optimize production flow was application method lean production and for department material supply method KANBAN. This diploma thesis has been written within cooperation of Celestica Ráječko company where I have picked up data and knowledge to above-mentioned topic.
Use of Cosmos FloWorks for analysis of the scintillation detector for EREM
Ambrož, Václav ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
The paper briefly outlines high-pressure electron microscopy and then uses SolidWorks to model the scintillation detector, analysing pumping of gas in the EREM sample chamber at different pressure levels using Cosmos FloWorks. The results of the analysis are assessed with regard to minimising pressure in the trajectory of the primary electron beam in order to prevent dissipation of electrons on the gas molecules.
Reactive Nanoparticles Application to SAC 305 Solder Paste
Matras, Jan ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This work is a research on the topic of reactive nanoparticles and their agitation into the solder paste, which it also describes. It describes in detail the properties of each solder alloys. It explains the creation of intermetallic layers in the soldering process and examines their structure. It also focuses on the evaluation and methodology of testing the properties of solder pastes. In the practical part, individual tests are performed with PF606 and PF610 solder paste.
Automatic evaluation of the solar spectrum
Vlček, Josef ; Křivík, Petr (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with properties of a solar radiation, measurement of a solar spectrum and standard IEC 60904-9, which defines the requirements for a solar simulator. Solar simulators are classified as A, B or C for each of the three categories based on criteria of spectral distribution match, irradiance non-uniformity on the test plane and temporal instability. The goal of this thesis was creation software for automatic evaluation of a solar spectrum. Software was created in Matlab application and its function is to determine class of solar spectral match with spectrum AM1.5. The last part contains a measurement of various solar sources and using the created software was determined its spectral match with spectrum AM1.5.
Ionization detector for ESEM
Pokluda, Tomáš ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Jirák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the environmental scanning electron microscopes including a description of the basic physical mechanisms. It describes the design and realization of the electrode ionization detector system suitable for the detection of signal electrons with a greater proportion of secondary electrons. It also deals with simulations of trajectories of electrons in the electrostatic field of the detector, and with verification of the functionality of the detector in the environment of water vapors in the specimen chamber of the electron microscope.
Detection of signal electrons in ESEM
Šváb, Martin ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Jirák, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with problems of environmental scanning electron microscopy and with detection of signal electrons at higher pressure in working chamber. In this thesis I will focus on comparison of detected signal level achieved under different working conditions.
Value Stream Mapping and Optimisation
Gašpierik, Andrej ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Novotný, Radovan (advisor)
The aim of this semestral thesis is to use the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) as visual aids to describe streamlining the production process of vibration welding machines in Emerson Industrial Automation, in Nove Mesto nad Vahom. In this thesis is contained description and comparison of the software support for the VSM. Theoretical part describes the causes of lean production and discusses the purpose of mapping of the value stream and variables associated with it.
Evaluation of Gas Flow at the Proposed Shapes of Scintillation Detector Aperture Sieves
Matloch, Roman ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
This work describes briefly electron microscopy issue and physical model of fluid flow. Then the simplified three-dimensional model of scintillation detector will be created in SolidWorks system for 3D cubical models. The gas flow behind the screening in this 3D model will be analyzed and compared by method of finite cube method in SolidWorks Flow Simulation system. This screening will be analyzed in several variants: the screening with 0.6 mm opening and the screening with net-like openings. The results of analyses will be compared according to the requirements. The appropriate shapes from the analyzed parts will be practically measured.
Wetting and Spreading of Liquid Solder on Metal Surface
Kučera, Lukáš ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with the metal surface wetting problems of molten lead-free solder and monitoring of ongoing processes at the inter-phase interface using the method of evaluation of the height of the molten solder deducted from the video sequences. The work is aimed at evaluating the metal surface wettability, wetting angle determined. Wettability of the metal surface is compared for different types of surface treatments and for different ages of the measured samples. Measurement is performed at the improved workplace, is used to evaluate the newly derived formula for calculating the wetting angle and created program for automatic evaluation of Picture is used to.
