Implementation of communication platforms for on-line distance learning at the second level of primary school

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to examine the transition to online distance learning in the second grades of Czech primary schools, which took place in the spring of 2020, and to analyse what experiences the schools have gained or how their preparation for the re-closure was going. In the theoretical part, I integrate the topic into the context of distance learning and e-learning and the possibility of using change management methods when transitioning to a distance model of education. The practical part is based on the analysis of interviews and their subsequent evaluation according to the ADKAR model.
