Bezpečný model elektronického obchodování a jeho ekonomické
Fotijev, Pavel ; Smejkal, Vladimír (advisor)
The purpose of the presented dissertation thesis is to contribute to the development of the theory of electronic commerce in complex conditions of „network economy“ by the partial consolidation and integration of the highly fragmented existing knowledge and ideas, i.e. to offer more compact conceptual framework, based on research of the current state of knowledge and situation in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The thesis is focused on the contemporary theoretical knowledge analysis from the areas of interest concerning the electronic commerce security, used models of electronic shops and evaluation of its economic aspects, which this type of business bears. Next contribution is unification of this knowledge and creation of the conceptual base for the ongoing recognition and theory building related to electronic commerce. The work is also focused on the area of electronic cash, possible solution of some diversifications in payment transactions. On the practical level the author attempted to narrow the knowledge “gap” in the empirical cognition of the doctoral thesis issues concerning the effectiveness of electronic commerce and generally e-commerce applications. Proposed return on investment calculation methodology applied to e-commerce area may help managers making decisions in investing to these projects.
Data Boxes in E-government of the Czech Republic

The content of this work is the analysis and explanation of the data box in the e-government of the Czech Republic. The thesis will be dealt with the processing of implementation and using of data boxes in the state and local governments, specifically their using at the Municipal office in Chrudim. The result of the work will be suggestions and recommendations for more effective using of data boxes at the Municipal Office of Chrudim.
Multifactoral Authentication of Electronic Documents
Gancarčík, Lukáš ; Kodl,, Jindřich (referee) ; Smejkal, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to provide complete information regarding electronic documents and possibilities of their usage. The focus is concentrated on the area of authentication, which specifies the possibility of obtaining authentication information and describes the authentication processes itself. The diploma thesis also deals with the suggestion of multifactor authentication of electronic documents for the selected company.
Long-term Archiving of Digital Documents
Zatloukalová, Klára ; Kouřil Pavel, Ing., Městský úřad Šumperk (referee) ; Smejkal, Vladimír (advisor)
The content of this thesis are theoretical knowledge from section long-term archiving of digital documents, explanation of terms and view for applicable legislation. Next point will be analysis of current state of archiving digital data in public administration of The Czech republic. Based on theoretical knowledge will be proposal what is needed for secure long-term archiving digital data to be able to meet in terms of legislation, proving content and content protection within the public administration of The Czech republic.
DYNAMIC BIOMETRIC SIGNATURE AS AN EFFICIENT TOOL FOR INTERNAL CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
Hortai, František ; Jašek, Roman (referee) ; Dočkal, Jaroslav (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (referee) ; Smejkal, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to provide comprehensive information on the possibilities of authentication, combination of authentication factors and the integration of this issue into corporate communication. The work focuses on this issue and specifies the possibilities for obtaining authentication information, analyses the authentication methods, identification and authorization. It examines the applicability of biometric technologies, the principle of their functionality, examples of their use, their impact, the advantages and disadvantages they bring. A natural, easy-to-use, convenient tool for effective and secure communication is authentication including the dynamic biometric signature. The issues of the dynamic biometric signature technology and its implementation are examined from a comprehensive perspective involving experiments. The research proved that the dynamic biometric signature can serve as a method for supporting secure corporate communication and reduce authentication risks in companies and for individuals.
Implementation of Dynamic Biometric Signature in the Company after the Entry into Force of the Regulation eIDAS
Jelečková, Pavla ; Kodl,, Jindřich (referee) ; Smejkal, Vladimír (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on the problematics of elektronic signing in the Czech Republic after the Entry into Force of Regulation eIDAS. It specifies the key words in this area, compares the properties of cryptographic electronic signature and dynamic biometric signature. Within the main objective of the work, which is the implementation of dynamic biometric signature in the company, a solution is proposed to the process of approving business tax forms. At the end, an economic comparison of paper and electronic solutions is made.
Laboratory kit for demonstration of active low pass, high pass and band pass filter by Sallen-Key structure
Kadlec, Michal ; Smejkal, Vladimír (referee) ; Slezák, Josef (advisor)
The main aim of this work is to design electric circuit for realizing of low pass, high pass and band pass filter using Sallen – Key structure. It is active filter so this work pays attention to choose the suitable active element. I will analyze individual types of frequency filters, simulate designed structure and will choose suitable computing amplifier for our structure. I will simulate every circuit with ideal operational amplifier, with operational amplifier having real parameters and finally with our chosen operational amplifier. I will confront the difference of individual circuit, influence of real parameters of amplifier for the general process of resultant filter modul characteristics. I closer take a look at the output resistance influence of operational amplifier for the modul characteristics of choosen circuit (low pass filter). This project also includes the summary and analyses of individual possibilities of the electronic control applied to active filter parameters. The part of the project is also detailed analyze and process of realization of the final connection of laboratory instrument.
Possibilities of usage of electronic signature
Tomo, Milan ; Stejskal, Jaroslav (referee) ; Smejkal, Vladimír (advisor)
The bachelor thesis „Possibilities of usage of electronic signature“ proposes to give complete information about technology, laws and possibilities of usage of electronic signature. It clarifies principles of digital signature like symmetric, asymmetric cryptography, HASH function. It explains used terminology like certificate, certification authority, etc. It compares laws concerning electronic signature in Czech republic and in Slovakia. It provides guide to acquisition certificate and its installation. At the end shows possibilities of usage of electronic signature in practice.
Music in the poems of Tomas Tranströmer
Šmejkal, Vladimír ; Stahr, Radka (advisor) ; Hartlová, Dagmar (referee)
(in English) The bachelor thesis will analyze the role of music in selected poems by Tomas Tranströmer. Not only the motif or symbol of music in the poems will be taken into account, but also their formal construction. The work will also evaluate whether the formal construction of texts adopts the principles of musical compositions. The theoretical basis of the work will be the theory of intermediality, namely the relationship between text and music.
