v Abstract Author: František Čamr Supervisor: Mgr. Irena Novotná Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after stabilization of the acromioclavicular joint. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to present a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after stabilization of acromioclavicular joint, to provide a theoretical introduction to the issue and to prove the effect of selected physiotherapeutic methods and procedures in practice. Methods: This thesis was prepared during a continuous professional practice at the clinic of the Centre for Treatment of the Musculoskeletal System in the period from 9. 1. 2023 to 3. 2. 2023. The case report of physiotherapy care of the patient consists of a medical history, initial kinesiological examination, on the basis of which a short-term and long- term therapeutic plan was determined. Nine therapeutic units were performed, ending with an exit kinesiological examination and an assessment of the effect of therapy. Results: During nine therapies, the patient's physical condition improved. The improvements were mainly in range of motion in the shoulder joint, increased muscle strength, and improved movement patterns and activities of daily living. Conclusion: The above bachelor's thesis demonstrates that effective physiotherapy can return a patient...

Methodology The theoretical part of the thesis is elaborated in the form of a literature search. It describes all the important data related to the themes of the practical part, namely anatomy, kinesiology, hand function and grip. The traumatology side discusses possible fractures in the area of the forearm, the possibilities of treating the injuries and the most commonly used physiotherapeutic methods and the means for subsequent rehabilitation. The practical part is a case report of a patient diagnosed with a distal radius fracture, description of the whole therapeutic care, input and output kinesiological analysis, description of the individual therapeutic units and...
Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of status after ankle fracture osteosynthesis.
Javurková, Veronika ; Sohrová, Jana (advisor) ; Šáchová, Dana (referee)
Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of status after ankle fracture osteosynthesis. Aim: The aim of this bachelor' s thesis is to present basic information on ankle fractures and to elaborate a case report of a patient with this diagnoses. Methods: This research was based on the processing of literature on the topic. It is divided into two parts - a general part and a special part. The general part contains basic information about anatomy and function of the ankle joint, kinesiology. It contains also traumatology, physioterapeutic methods and procedures that can be used in a patient with mentioned diagnosis. The special part contains casuistic of a patient and includes anamnestic data, input kinesiological analysis. The therapies are processed individually according to the patient' s attendance and are finished with the output of kinesiological analysis with evaluation of the therapy effects. Keywords: ankle joint, fracture, osteosynthesis, physiotherapy, case study
Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Aquired Deformity of the Right Lower Limb
Opršalová, Jana ; Martínek, Milan (advisor) ; Šachová, Dana (referee)
This bachelor's thesis follows up on problematics of acquired deformation of the right lower limb on a complex scale. Thematically it divides into two main sections, general section, and special section. The general part deals with theoretical knowledge related to the diagnosis of the patient, description of anatomical structures in the areas of the shin bone and ankle joint, kinesiology of foot biomechanics, ossification of bones and fractures in ankle joint. The general part concludes physiotherapeutic care for the patient with this diagnosis. The Special (practical) part consists of the patient case report, namely the right lower limb deformity after the fracture of os tibiale externum which is treated surgically according to Kidner. During physiotherapeutic care non-invasive methods and approaches were used in scope of knowledge of physiotherapeutic bachelor study on Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University. The result of physiotherapeutic care was an improvement of the patientˊs clinical condition in almost all evaluated criteria. Key words: os tibiale externum, physiotherapeutic care, ankle joint, deformations of the lower limb

Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Proximal Humerus Fracture Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to describe the possibilities of physiotherapy treatment of patients after proximal humerus fracture. The summary of theoretical knowledge, orientation in specialized literature dealing with this topic and a case study of one patient. Methods: The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - the general part and the special part. The general part focuses on general information concerning this diagnosis, which will be accessed from specialized literature. Specifically, this part contains information about the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder girdle, general information about fractures of the proximal humerus, treatment options and rehabilitation. The special part contains a complex initial physiotherapy examination, therapy proposal, short and long term goals of therapy, description of individual therapies, output physiotherapy examination and the overall effect of therapy. Results: The case study of physiotherapy treatment was compiled on the basis of my bachelor practice in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Prague during January and February of 2020. The result of physiotherapy treatment was reduced pain, increased range of motion and increased muscle...
