Blood vessel segmentation in fundus images using classification methods

Segmentation blood vessel the local images of retinal is very important for evaluation and for diagnostics eye’s disease, especially diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. This bachelor’s thesis is deal with segmentation blood vessel by classification methods. I used simple neural network as a classifier. First of all I taught her by delta rule and then I used matched filtering on the prepare image. At the end I compared all information with gold standard. Average va-lues from score for healthy images were sensitivity 0,7717, specificity 0,9571 and accuracy score 0,9225.

Liability for damage in labour law

Liability in labor law was originally regulated in Act No. 65/1965 Coll., Labour Code (old Labour Code) and was sufficiently developed. However, with regard to the development after 1989 the obsolete concept of labor law was still lingering on the border between public and private law. As of January 1, 2007 the new Labour Code (Act No. 262/2006 Coll., The Labour Code) become effective which initially respected character rather of old Labour Code, however, after the Constitutional Court and subsequent amendments its character departed from the character public arrangements to the private. However the new Labour Code recorded in the area of liability only minor changes, especially regarding the amendment of certain terms in the liability, an increase of some compensation when liability for accidents at work and occupational diseases, however, still persists in the current Code since 2007 an adjustment to liability for accidents at work and occupational diseases which is regulated in the transitional provisions. Edit of this issue was included in the transitional provisions on the grounds that simultaneously with the acceptation of the new Labour Code was accepted the Act on Employee Accident Insurance Act (Act No. 266/2006 Coll.), but it has not come into the effectiveness. Application of decision-making models for choosing a pathway

The aim of this thesis is, by using the methods of multi-criteria decision, to design and recommend a suitable variant of the communication for the pedestrian for the preparation of a tender documentation for the public tender in the village of Dolany.
The issue of the decision-making processes in the selection of the optimal variants using the methods of multi-criterial decision-making is analyzed in the literature research of the publication. The description of multi-criteria methods reflects the subsequent procedure of the calculation in the practical part. Research also deals, regarding to the theme of the publication, with selected requirements in the procurement, sub-targets of the tender documentation for the selection procedure and a brief specification of the communication for the pedestrian.
The practical part of the thesis starts with the description of the village of Dolany and the preparation for the setting the options. The determination of the possible variants and the choice of different criteria follow. The selection of the compromise variants is carried out using the method of the analytical hierarchical process (AHP) for the possibility of inclusion also qualitative criteria which cannot be fitted into the framework of the tender documentation. In the end, the selected option is recommended to the village of Dolany.
