Master´s thesis deals with the fundamental stock analysis of Philip Morris CR. The theoretical part describes the methods and procedures of fundamental analysis. In the practical part of the work a fundamental analysis on a global, sectoral and company level is performed. Outcome of this work is an investment recommendation based on the comparison of an observed intrinsic value of a stock with current market price.

The diploma thesis deals with all the steps necessary for preparing a company for the entry of a strategic partner. The output of the analytic part is the SWOT analysis of the company and its field of business. Based on theoretical outputs regarding the investors´deciding over capital input, two major weaknesses are highlighted, the solution to which is the contents of my practical part of the thesis. More specifically, it deals with the changes concerning property evaluation and HR management of the company.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with management and financing of territorially autonomous units, especially, the issues related to the municipality governance in Želešice. Initially, it concerns theoretical treatment of municipality matters, budgetary system and the budget as such. The next part describes basic characteristics of the municipality of Želešice and examines its economy. The last part is focused on the budget proposal.

This bc work deals with the analysis of the company project management fundamentals and a resulting prospectus „Process of Implementation of the Company Quality Management System.“ It covers estimation of the personnel and financial resources needed for the quality management system implementation, it suggests the time-schedule for it. The document also specifies a form and the way how to administrate the key documentation in the area of IT projects.
