Polymeric nanocomposites - preparation methods

Literature search of bachelor thesis was focused to methods of CaCO3 nanoparticles preparation, surface modification and PS/CaCO3 nanocomposites processing. Experimental part was based on two methods of PS/CaCO3 nanocomposites preparation: emulsion and bulk technique of styrene radical polymerization in presence of CaCO3 and by compounding CaCO3 with PS in Brabender mixer at 220 °C. Prepared samples were observed using electron microscope.

Deformation mechanisms in crystals by means of molecular dynamics

This work deals with molecular dynamics modeling of processes in condensed matter on atomic level. The physical principles used to predict motion of atom or molecule groups are described in the retrieval part. Then follows a description of the EAM method, ways how to parallelize computing on many processors and how perform calculation optimizing. Finally, we perform a theoretical tensile strength computation using Lammps program.

Identity management in the bank

The main focus of this thesis is to analyse the identity management of Czech bank. The author deals with the authentication and authorization of bank employees, the lifecycle of identities and also suggests the operational improvement of systems that relate to identity management. The aim is to show the view from every angle on identity management, highlight the problems and propose countermeasures, respectively measures to improve the identity management running.The main methods of research are analysis of documents, unstructured interview with employees and observation of systems operation. The benefit of this work is in providing author's opinion and recommendations, which can lead to an overall better running identity management in the bank.

Yield formation of naked and hulled oat

On the basis of experiment was performed an evaluation of yield production of the selected spectrum of naked and hulled oat varieties. There were compared time-tested varieties to new varieties registered in the list of recommended varieties in 2013. At the same time were compared methods of yield production of hulled oat and naked oat. After evaluation of real yield was informatively compared the amount of raw food materials obtained from naked oat with the oat rice obtained from hulled oat by hulling machine.

The issue of the occurrence of failures of machines for sowing soil preparation.

By the machines intended for tillage, which use crumbling and tamping rollers, are frequent breakdowns of their bearings. The possible reasons of breakdowns of the bearings in the machine SATURN 6 P were monitored. After the evaluation of the breakdowns were proposed two options how to replace or improve today used flanged bearings. At the conclusion is the proposed construction compared with a financial point of view of a new project, which presented the machinemaker of SATURN, in the course of writing of this thesis.

Sledování stavu a dynamiky vývoje přirozené obnovy lesních ekosystémů v 6. l. v. s. v NP Šumava - LS České Žleby v závislosti na typu prováděného managementu

V rámci projektu byl zjišťován a popisován stav a dynamika (mortalita, dynamika růstu, věková a druhová struktura) vývoje přirozené obnovy nebo výsadeb určitých lesních ekosystémů v šestém lesním vegetačním stupni v oblasti Lesní správy České Žleby (dnes Územní pracoviště České Žleby) - Národní park Šumava v závislosti na typu prováděného managementu. Monitoring byl prováděn na dvou typech výzkumných ploch navržených podle různé metodiky. Monitoring zahrnoval kromě vlastního šetření jedinců i změření dendrometrických a taxačních dat mateřského porostu na subjektivně vybíraných trvalých výzkumných plochách. Pro transekty těchto ploch byl pravidelně pořizován fytocenologický snímek a pro zvolené body na transektech mikromapa vegetace ve formě fotografických snímků. Fytocenologické snímky byly pořizovány i pro objektivně volené sady trvalých výzkumných ploch. Na základě získaných dat se hodnotilo, jaký vliv na stav a dynamiku růstu jedinců obnovy má zvěř, speciální lesnický management, aktuální stav mateřského porostu a vegetačního krytu (bylinného patra). Cílem bylo i navržení doporučení pro management sledovaných ekosystémů a porovnání dvou různých metodik monitoringu (výběr vhodnější varianty).

Práce mapuje vývoj evropského patentového systému v návaznosti na celosvětový systém patentové ochrany. Zabývá se Evropským patentovým systémem, který je kromě národních právních řádů tvořen Evropskou patentovou úmluvou a zamýšleným komunitárním patentem. Dále se věnuje aktuálním problémům se zaváděním patentu Společenství a jeho budoucností, tedy otázkou zda vůbec a v jaké podobě bude zaveden..
